Tophatter is an awesome way to shop, you control what you pay. When the price gets to be more than you want to pay than stop bidding on it, it will be back for you to try again. They have an assortment of items to bid on, not just jewelry, there are toys for the kiddos for Christmas or birthday, there is even clothes. You won't be disappointed!

I LOVE this app. I have won via the simple to understand auction, way too many cool and beautiful items to list. I adore the variety of items and the auction process is quick & easy. This is a very dishonest site to buy from. The items are of poor quality and they refused to accept the returns and refund me my monies. Lesson learnt the hard way

In most cases very happy with Tophatter quality of goods and tracking of items.
Am very disappointed with regard to returning of goods if they were not as you expected. Sent several requests for returns to be made and refund but no replies.
Let's just see what occurs with return and refund. Maybe it is the suppliers who are at fault. The two items I require returned and money refunded are two fitbit straps. Not what I had expected and I feel this supplier seems to think they have no obligation to respond. Await your response.

I ordered a $32 smartwatch. Once it came it was not working. Contacted customer support for the resolution and they gave me the return item option and told me that i will be refunded once i sent the item back to China with a tracking number. Visited local post office and was told that it will cost $60 for shipping the item back with tracking. Although the Tophatters gave me $11 credit in my account even after that it is 60-11=49. So i have to pay $49 more to get my $32 refund. What a joke. Contacted the customer support with this issue and they always come with no solution to my issue. Total bogus company with third class support. Please if you love your time and money dont buy on Tophatters

When I first came to the platform I was so exicited about the prices and products. So I bought about 30 products. Spent nearly $500.
Couple of weeks later I started receiving broken goods. Every product I purchased doesnt even come close to the image they have on the product on the App.
Drone I purchased for 70 dollars. Buy the same thing for 12 in Kmart. Image and description said its big. But its so small.
Leggings were cheap and small.
Kids toys are $#*!.
Everything is not what they advertise on the platform. The same products they have in Tophatter, you have it on Alibaba for 10 times cheaper. Same exact product with the same images.
So stay away from it. Dont waste time.

I ordered an interactive fingerling from seller US dream and it was literally a piece of cheap plastic junk it did not have a place for batteries because it did not take a battery because it was a hoax they literally took pictures of the fingerling interactive monkeys And put McDonalds toys in the boxes I am more than upset and after they sent me a fake toy that done nothing it was supposed to do they want me to pay for the return all the way to China Im very disappointed with Tophatter for letting these people scam hard-working honest people Ive seen these toys and auction go up to 20$ to 30$ And its sad that they are allowing this to happen not only that instead of giving free shipping back for returns they expect you to pay to send their hunk of junk back to them so its not even worth it youre just stuck with paying $20-$30 for a fake fingerling I am more than upset

To much problem s returning items they act like can't find it but they took your money out your account they didn't forget that. After you buy the item you find out it's not real Gold it's filled or plated. False advertising some time's

Everything I have received from Tophatter is either carnival quality merchandise, dollar store shelf items, claw machine arcade game toys, poorly made or broken products, fakes, scams or just plain crap. I regret every purchase I have made. They say you can return merchandise, but it all comes from over seas so it costs more to ship the junk back than you paid for it.
