I like the right vs I have purchased so far. The other items are cheaply made and extremely poor quality. I bought 2 Mario games and 2 Ipad learners and they are so small it is unreadable and the iPad is so cheap and not suitable for a gift

Overall great experiences!

Living out in the country its 25 miles to the nearest real town. Tophatter has become my go to place for many items. It would take lots of driving time to even find some of the unique items. TH has an excellent return policy, and refunds are given for items not received within reasonable guidelines. For trinkets, costume jewelry, earrings of all types, crafts and much more there are endless choices. The available items are constantly added to so I check in at least monthly to see whats new. Fun place to shop.

Tophatter experience

I have been buying from tophatter for a couple of months and I am enjoying the auctions, but I have one gripe I have now purchased 2 usb hard drive cases when the initial description called it a usb hard drive, now I have two cases on the way without any hard drives

Rubbish

Utter rubbish. These people lie. Waste of money. I will never buy again from this bunch. I bought a watch that is not worth even a £1. Lied saying it was worth £703. Joke of the century.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

I bought 3 items from this website. First item arrived and was not as the description, I have been told I can return with a tracking number. No problem I thought, so I took it to the post office only to be told it was going to cost me 3 times the amount I had been given to cover the postage!
Second item arrived and was not what I paid for. I bought a pink canvas bag only to receive a red ice cube tray?
Again I was told I could return it with a tracking number, again it was going to cost me more to return it than the credit I was given, and it wasn't even my fault...
To be honest I wouldn't be using the credit anyway. I won't be buying from this lot ever again.
Tophatter do not seem to know or understand what good customer service is!
I'm still waiting for my third item, however I'm not expecting much, or for it to arrive!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS NOTHING OTHER THAN A SCAM!

Interesting site.

I have bought a few things but like anything else u bye make sure you read what your getting. I bought a Quad-Copter it was a Mini but that's alright on the box has Ages 14+ i did not read it. Bought a 8G Tablet some jewelry very satisfied with items taken a little time to come to Australia but I IAM ok with that.

I bought a Syma X5C-1 Drone, that's what I thought I was buying, The box arrived crushed and had been opened and sticky taped back shut. I bought an Syma X5C-1 Drone from the seller, it even says X5C-1 drone on the box, but when I opened the box the drone inside is not a Syma X5C-1 Drone,
It's some cheaper doggy drone, the battery does not fit in right, the blade guards do not fit and keep falling off this is not a Syma X5C-1 Drone that they advertised they were selling. I have bought a Syma X5C-1 Drone before and I know what they look like, the X5C-1 Drones have Syma X5C-1 on them for a starter. The Drone is a cheaper crap version and people are paying $70 to $80 for them + postage ($100 altogether) when you can go to other sights and get the real thing sometimes cheaper.

The $499 watch can be bought for under $20. And so can almost all the other items. Every item I checked was about what they go for and even more in some cases.

Have purchased more than 10 items. Poor quality items, unreliable/deceptive sellers, wrong or broken items received. Poor customer support. Buyer required to pay return postage, $65, for a $6 item.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. Based on several factors including the location of the buyer, the location of the seller, cost of the order, history of returns requested, and the reason for the return, a return request will result in one of the following four outcomes:

1. You may receive a refund for an item, and return will not be required.
2. If you live in the United States, you may receive a free return shipping label to cover the cost of returning your item.
3. If you live outside of the United States, you may receive a store credit to offset the cost of returning your item.
4. You may return the item and assume the cost of return shipping on your own. In any case, we are happy to offer easy returns for any reason, for up to 30 days from delivery.

Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. On our platform, refund without return or prepaid return labels are provided to U.S.-based buyers until the buyer hits a threshold for free returns. For internationally located buyers, we provide a refund without return or some store credit to offset some of the cost of returning the item at their own expense until the buyer hits the threshold.

The acceptable return threshold is continuously calculated as a percentage of the buyer's total purchases. Once this threshold has been met, the cost of returning the item to the seller with tracking will be at the buyer's expense. Examine your order closely

Examine what u r ordering closely and u can get a very good deal. Formatter is very addictive so be careful. I do have a picture I would like to return and I am having a really hard time getting a return address so if u read this please help me. Thank you

Products are over stated

The best thing about top hatter is their site. The auctions are quick and easy to follow and check out. But that's where it ends. I'm still waiting for a smart watch and a Endoscope inspection camera. Some items are labeled as delivered and others in transit when they have already been delivered in my account. Also, Look at the suggested price. Then click on the item and look the price they'll sell you a second item for. What's with the gross exaggeration? So far, I've found this definitely isn't a site to buy quality name brand items from. But, if you're happy with cheap trinkets from China, go for it. You should receive your items about 90% of the time.

After more than a month of being in transit, Tophatter's site showed my package was delivered on November 6th at 3:41 pm. Problem is, this never happened. People were home at this time and this package was never delivered. This is after numerous e-mails back and forth between myself and their customer service. Tophatter did nothing to try to hasten my delivery and didn't even answer any questions directly. The latest e-mail states there is nothing they can do... Really? They said it was stolen. Really? There were people home, as soon as the mail truck came up to our house, we collected the mail on that day and no special truck came out. Do not use this site. Do Not Use This Site. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. With four to five e-mails to them. They not once answered a question. They circle a subject with b. S. and filler but never answer a question.

A fun way to perhaps get a bargain

Sitting at the computer doesnt have to be boring thanks to top hatter its a match between your quick touch your eyesight and the item youre bidding on its not always the least expensive way to buy something but it is fun and they have a very good guarantee
