Not what it states it is.

I do not understand how some buyers can be happy with the quality of their items. I spent an afternoon on their site. All items were in bad condition when I received them. Either damaged in shipping or just misrepresented

Wast of time and money!

Order was placed in September I got a notification saying the item was delivered on oct 13 I never received the product I email too hatter multiple times they said there was an error with the delivery posting and that it was still enroute and allow up to 40 days it is almost the end of November and I still havent received my product I won and paid for! To top it off I got banned from placing bids after cancelling a bid I won and accidentally placing a bid on a product I didnt want! I will never do business with this merchant and will not recommend wasting your time or your money!

Bought many products from this company. I canceled 3 items because of the lag of their web sight and how easy it is to hit a product you were not bidding on. Only because you have to bid then confirm and when you confirm you just hit another product you didnt want. So you cancel. Then they cancel your account, dont answer your emails like they promise. After that they tell you they cant reinstate your account. I have gotten good products from this company. My fiancé still orders from them. But Im sure that will end soon. You punishment your customers because they cancel orders? Better then a return. Make your sight user friendly. Out way the cancel orders to what a customer has ordered. Wow. Bad business.

Merchandise is horrible.

Once I received my items I will delete this app from phone. The items I received are all cheap looking. It does not look at all like the site. Talk about misleading information.

This place is a scam

This place should be shut down! It's a rip off! Cheap junk from china. Let's say win a bid for $5, you will wait for over a month to get your item. Then you find out it's wrong or broken. You request a refund. They tell you to send it back at your expense. This will take another month. The cost of postage and tracking is three times the amount of the refund. You see where this is going? But say you do take the time and expense to send it back. Guess what it never arrived or was lost. You won't even get your $5 back.

JUNK, DON'T DO IT. DON'T SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I HAVE ORDERED TWO ITEMS ONE WAS DAMAGE AND THE OTHER HAD NOT ARRIVED. FLASHLIGHT O-RING WAS BROKE, that just doesn't happen in shipping.

Junk product bad service

Lousy merchandise

Nothing I have purchase is even close to what was shown on their website. Cheap jewelry that you can probably buy at Dollar General. Will not buy anything else from them, this is a very misleading website.

I have had the same bad experience with Tophatter that many others have had. I don't know how this scammer company can have a A+ rating at the BBB! People really need to post their reviews there too! I read the descriptions of items that I wanted to bid on, the only problem is that the descriptions didn't match the items I was sent! Fresh water pearls are not made out of plastic! There is no accountability, anyone can write whatever they want and no one cares as long as they are getting paid. JUNK Sold by liars!

Top hatter is fun to use. Has wonderful merchandise at excellent prices I use it constantly. Bidding on the merchandise is so fun. And the merchandise comes back more than once if you miss the first round of bidding. You also can be notified for merchandise think youre looking forward to bidding on

They sell garbage at inflated prices and delivery is ultra slaw if ever gets delivered I think they do the bidding themselves I will never deal with them ever again and I advise every person to do the same

IF I understand this correctly, you are only allowed to return a certain number of items before you have to start paying to return other items that are broken when you get them. I have purchased 15 items from Tophatter, 5 of those items were damaged when I received them, either due to poor quality or due to the fact that it takes almost a month (or longer) to get these items in the mail. The whole time the postal service has the packages, they just get thrown around and they don't care because the sellers are paying the lowest amount of shipping possible, even though we pay the seller for the shipping. I have even been told that it can sometimes take up to 3 months to get the packages because of the low amount of shipping paid by sellers. In my opinion, IF I am paying a seller shipping, it should not take a month or longer for my package to arrive, and it should not arrive damaged, or in some instances just get an empty box in the mail. I should not have to pay more for return shipping than what the item cost to begin with only to get a partial refund, if any at all! It should not matter how many items that we request a return on, it if is junk or damaged due to poor packaging, or just doesn't work, then we should get a refund no questions asked. That is what BUYER PROTECTION is for! If you do not receive your package in the mail, you should get a refund, no questions asked, even if it has been marked delivered! Just because something gets marked delivered does not mean the purchaser has gotten the item, it could have been a mistake. With tophatter if you have a package that gets marked delivered and you don't get it, you don't get a refund or replacement. You are just out your money! If you tell customer service that they are doing a very bad job taking care of their customers, they ignore you from that point on. If you leave bad reviews on the Tophatter facebook page they will remove your posts and block you from commenting or using the like buttons. I know this for a fact because it has all happened to me in the last 24 hours! It all happened because I refused to pay 15.00 shipping on a 12.00 dollar lamp to return it. I just threw it in the trash. I have 2 more items left to come in and then I will NEVER do business with them again!

When the buyer and seller are located in different countries, we are unable to provide free return shipping labels for these cross-border transactions. In some cases, buyers may receive a store credit to offset some of the cost of returning the item at their own expense.

I brought 16 items totaling $345 Australian dollars including ridiculous postage which arrived a month after ordering. The last item I received today was called a Stare master flashing light which was a piece of plastic crap. The silver chains I would not even fit on a doll. The Drone with camera did not even turn on and all the watches were a load of rubbish. All in all a waste of money and will cost an arm and a leg to send back.

What a con!

The things they sell are junk! THEy retail their items for 100s of dollars and they're all fake. Bid on a hummingbird engagement ring retailed at $800. Checked with and I could buy it there for $1 without the bidding. I can't believe businesses like this are legal. Do yourself a favor and hi just use Wish.
