TRICK RETURN - RIPOFF

I bid on a drone and when it came in, was NOT what I ordered. Looked like a $3.00 toy. I contacted them and received a return label and info that it had to ship back within 7 days. I took it to the USPS but could not send because the label had the whole right side out of margin, no way to retrieve. The ship to address and bar code were cut off. Tried to respond and it is a "no reply" address. Now stuck with it and have other orders I am awaiting. Will NOT order from this site again.

None of the clothes I have ordered have fit. Been giving them to my eight year old granddaughter. I believe XL means XS in Chinese. I also did not receive one of my items I ordered. Says it was delivered but I did not receive.

I am really disappointed

I was really initially impressed and received a few items successfully. I have now two items I ordered weeks ago with no notice of them on my account and no follow up with tracking information. Let's hope I get them.

It says that the bracelet is 925 Sterling Silver, it is not. It is plated. Plus they charged me US dollars when it should have been in Canadian. I think they are a total ripoff!

I never received my item.

What a rip-off... I paid for a Fitbit, and I did not receive it. They said it was delivered to me, but they have no signature or proof of this. I have a tracking number, which I took to my Post Office, since they said AusPost delivered my article. That tracking number does not exist on the Post Office system. I believe this item was never sent. This is just blatant theft. When questioning Tophatter about this, they said it's up to me to find the item at my post office. I contacted them to tell them the tracking number does not exist, they are just ignoring this. People beware... this is a total scam.

Amazing! How could I be taken in with this junk.? I know that if it is to good to be true, then it usually is! Such is every item of the $100.00 worth of items I have purchased, to good to be true. The pictures and descriptions of the items are false. I will try to get my money back and return the items, but I have a feeling that will be a scam too. Hi again, thank you Tophatter for your response. However, as mentioned from other negative reviews, the cost to send the goods back are not worth my time or money. What I am really curious about is your Quality Auditing process prior to allowing suppliers to list their products on your site. Now I am not saying your suppliers are at all dodgy but... what pressure are they also under to provide products so cheap. Does this pressure them into perhaps making bad decisions and unable to cope with the onslaught of sales their way... but maybe they are actually not at all equipped themselves? With so many negative reviews, surely Tophatter has some Quality Assurance platforms in place. As I mentioned in my post, it's an addictive gambling platform where the chase is on to get a good deal. But it appears the reality of it opens up a big "Can of Worms" for disappointment. And yes I am sure Tophatter is making a success story out there. But... regardless. Is this a healthy platform for the average "Joe Blog" who just wants to find some bargains and make their money stretch? Someone is making money out of this... but who? Yes Silicon Valley, Goodwater & August Capital & CRV, based between San Francisco and Shanghai China. You authenticate Buyer Guarantee on your website. A stamp which means exactly what? Be keen to hear your feedback.

So thought I would join in on the hype. What an absolute time and money waster. Yes I got my 5 silver chains after a long long wait. Arrived all tangled and so flimsy, thought they would break whilst untangling. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP crap! Who knows if they're even real sterling silver? I actually don't care tbh! My teen girls just cracked up laughing when they saw them. (I love their honesty. Out of the Mouths of Babes) They smarter at online shopping than I obviously. Seriously peeps, look elsewhere, this site is just a true Con Job to lure the vulnerable in who are addictive to the "Bidding Warfare" platform/nature of our personalities. There is no Win/Win here for you. It's a load of suppliers offloading crap they can't normally sell... under the Umbrella of "Tophatter" that pretends to be "All about the Customer" "Bulls? T" Wisen up peeps, you are seriously wasting your $$$$$ but more importantly your valuable "Time". Your time is something you just can't get back. Look at the reviews here, It's just not a healthy place to be. It's like Gambling online and I hope this site gets shut down soon as this is quite a scrupulous site that absorbs both money and time off innocents. Think about it? It's a very clever Con Job and we need to stop being a part of it. Up to You. But I know I will never ever be a part of this online game again. And it is a game. It's an Online game where people are getting ripped badly. But hey someone/s are definitely getting rich out of this Scam.

You have to know what to buy or you will be very disappointed. 99% of it is from China and will cost more then it's worth to return. Also people bid way to high on stuff you can get cheaper online. Some people are idiots bidding. Just stupid.

After discovering Tophatter I purchased eight items. They were remakes of products but were in no way equal in quality. I purchased two 1080p Action Cameras and one FULL HD Action Camera. ALL are pieces of sh*t. The batteries are fake and last less than five minutes, the photo quality is pathetic and the only way to shut them off is to remove the battery. Plus they do NOT cover return shipping which is more than the price of the product. This is a SCAM. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Total Crap

I like to think I am a very wise shopper. I have been had! This stuff is Nothing but garbage. Christmas lights I Do Not work. The Computer toys are total crap, broke as I opened the package, I am dreading I have another one coming in... The bag that came in today is cheeper than the dollar store and it smells-I also have antoher one coming in... The back brace doest close, cut myself with it and stinks. I am totally Dredding seeing the things come in, can this possily get any worse? DO NOT USE THIS SIGHT EVER!

Beware. Scam

I ordered many items. Mostly junk. Ordered shoes, got a rubber band, ordered 16 nail pens, got one. Ordered 6 hot wheels, got 2. You cannot dispute, because it shows delivered, and how do you return items you don't get? Other items, they want you to return overseas, at your own expence. Cost more than items are worth. 100% of items are sent in bags, and all are smashed. Save your money. Its all a scam

What a rip off - I placed it in my bedroom and my house is very tall. I live in downtown Toronto and its definitely pointed to the many satellites and only got 1 channel when in fact in Toronto I should get at least 6-8 local channels. Very disappointing!

In 2 days I won bids on 3 different items, all with deceptive or blatantly false listings. I reported (there is no option for wrong info on the why you need to cancel btw) and cancelled all 3, but apparently this kicks in the 7 day auto-ban feature. I contacted them and explained what was going on, and asked that they please remove the ban. They told me I was free to use the buy-it-now feature, but they would not remove the ban.
