Won a few things. Paid for them. Waited over a month for them. Then got a fraud call from my bank and found out tophatter sold my credit card information and had fraudulent charges from GoDaddy.com. Over five of them in one day. Over $200 worth. Had to cancel my card. Thieves. DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS SIGHT. TOTAL RIP OFF AND THIEVES. THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW. 12/23/17.

You really need to be careful and read carefully as you may not be buying what you think you are plus picture exaggerates actual size of item. Check item on other sites for actual cost. Tophatter.com is very deceiving

I saw a first aid kit and bid successful but I failed to check and go to site to see what I was actually purchasing as I actually was not buying the completely stocked first aid kit just the bag that everything goes in. The display is misleading as is the display of the computer displayed with a marker pen and bidders think they are buying the computer and I have seen bids often going as high as $90 just for the pen. SO as they say BUYER BE WARE

Bought rings for my wife and myself. Both were very nice. I found out to be careful buying electronics and read the product reviews. They are accurate to tell about all products construction. Be careful and have fun buying.

I ordered several items, some items were good, several were wrong item, broken, fake makeup etc. Last item received was a light box, does not work, light connection won't fit, not the box sold on the site, will not go together etc etc. I was told that I reached the limits on refunds (all refunds were due to broken or wrong items) that I had to send the item back to guess where? China! China sellers are really bad on their items. So I am stuck with a broken item that does not work and I am afraid to order anything else because if I get the wrong item again or a broken item (1 Item I received was a used dirty blanket) I will not get my money back- so stay away or you will be stuck with broken, bad items. Beware of fake sellers like the seller On Sale they sell fake makeup brands.

Won the bid on an electric lighter. Been waiting for 8 days for them to even ship it. Just checked and since the seller didn't think the bid was high enough they canceled the order. Total BS! Buyer BEWARE! Alot of the stuff is total junk! The rings they say are sterling silver are fake. There are several scammers running around in there selling what they say are 18k gold bracelets then changing their description from gold to gold plated after they are sold. Total fraud! Waiting for some items I ordered from there and then I'm done with them. Alot better prices on EBay and Wish plus you don't have to wait 30 to 60 days to receive them!

I really like top Hatter it has a few cons to it but for the most part it's Pro. Like I said above it's very addictive some of the products are very good and others are not what you expect. I would like them to use American measurements instead of foreign I am not into the metric system it can be very deceiving when you don't know it. All in all I like it

I have a a few things from top hatter and it's very easy and sort of fun. All the things I've gotten I liked, my only complaint is it takes long to get the items and most things you have to click on to see what they are and by that time someone already won. All in all I like the site.

Love the product but it took so long to get it, I ordered it on November 20th and it took a month to receive the light. But all of my other orders has only took like one week to receive my products.

So I ordered Two bracelets 14K gold filled from Tophatter. The Next Day I was worried and put in a refund ReQuest. It was Denied by the vendor. $#*!, I thought... I received them today and they were gorgeous and guess what? They sent me Three instead of two! WooHoo
