My experience with Tophattee has been a really good one. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this site and have to my friends and family.
I have to say if you haven't tried Tophatter then u have no idea what your missing w shopping online. It's fun to bid on items you like and then the thrill when winning the bid and purchasing an item is like a little rush of your own. My husband loves the deals and cool things I've won are all over our house and looks pretty darn cool.

First of all, this app is very well designed and very well managed. The items you'll find on TopHatter are similar to items you'll find on other apps like "Wish" or "Geek" however the thing that makes TopHatter stand out is the Auction Format. Every auction starts out at $1 and goes until someone wins. You don't have to "buy bids" like some websites. All Bidding is free, you only pay if you win.
What happens if you accidently bid on something? You can easily report it as such and cancel the order.
I have won many cool and unique items. If an item never arrives (sometimes it happens having to come through customs) or is damaged TopHatter customer service is right on it, providing solutions to resolve the issue or just straight out providing a refund (less than 3 day turn around on refunds as well!)
This is one of the most fun and enjoyable bidding apps I have ever used!

Lo cierto es que todos los productos que ofrecen merecen la pena. Y su atención con el cliente es fabulosa, pues si he tenido, a veces, problemas con los envíos, se lo he comunicado y enseguida han procedido al reembolso de los mismos. El único pero que podría ponerles es el tamaño de los pendientes (demasiado pequeños o excesivamente grandes). Mas merece la pena seguir comprando con Ustedes. Es una experiencia inolvidable. Everything I have gotten has been great. If I had a problem they were right on top of it. They even let you send it back for free you just print out the free shipping label. Everyone should try it at least once.

Usually able to get item's fairly inexpensive. They get to you in a decent amount of time. The only couple of things that I have noticed that they should address is the amount that the product shows it's valued at is unbelievable and some of the products that you are bidding on that appear to be a full set such as wrench's, after you have won the bid it only gives you the option of one of the wrench sizes. Other than those two things it is an amazing auction site.

I realey love this site. When I first tried it I was weary of it thinking it would be cheap material or I would not get what I paid for. So far everything is A1. Nice buying a $50.00 or higher item for a couple of bucks! Sometimes you get a product so low that your credit card company may call you to see if you actuly made the purchase. Mine did. LOL. If you like to do some bidding that dont take hours than this site is for you.
