Not happy with 3 items so far... got some other things still coming... items should be what they are advertised as on the site, I think its a good site but usually doesn't give you time to read much on the description. Can get really good deals on lots of items. Shipping is fairly quick to. Depending on when your on the sight sometimes you can get things for next to nothing,

First, the only bad thing about this site is it can be addicting. On the other hand they have all those things you can't always can find at the local stores. It has to be the easiest way to shop.

Had a small problem with a item I purchased, could not use it and left them (tophatter) a message with my information and the problem I had and within 12 hours they stated in a email keep the item and gave me a full refund. That what their guarantee stated if not pleased a full refund, well they came through within 27 hours a refund.

Most of the merchandise sold on Tophatter is of good to fair quality but most of it if not all of it is manufactured in China. I bought a lot of sterling silver jewelry and is was made quite nicely but the rings were not sized correctly so that was difficult. Most of the toys were nice some were junk, I am sorry but that's the truth. The packaging was smashed in a lot of cases which made it hard to gift but I did anyway. It was an experience.

Look now a days people are really struggling. I know how my parents struggled when I was growing up. But the big difference between then and now is we have the internet.
