Tophatter has great prices! Everything does start at one dollar bidding not like other sites! Tophatters customer service is always on top of problems such as items not being delivered on time or items being delivered damaged. I LOVE THIS SITE!

It is an auction so if the price is more than you want to pay just don't bid again. I have had some good things and some not so good. As these items come from different suppliers the quality is not always uniform. I have got some nice jewellery cheap prices. I like it but you get what you pay for and after a short time even some of the ones sold as 'silver' aren't, the coating is wearing off, but then you can't expect real silver unless you pay a higher price. Tophatter are very good at immediately refunding you if you have a problem.

Tophatter is a fun shopping site! The prices you pay are what you bid. I received many great Christmas gifts for my grandkids this year. And I check the site every day as there are new items added every day.

Very addictive! Bought things almost everyday! There are always something interesting you will want, especially when you have a chance to get it for cheaper. I MUST force myself to turn the computer off, otherwise I may go broke very soon!.

I have found Madhatter a great experience. Items have all arrived, and when I did have a problem with one (turned out the posties fault) they were very quick, and great help with my inquiries. Also, I bid on something accidently, and they refunded me straight away.
