I've been shopping on Tophatter for quite some time now I'm having a heck of a good time with it and getting some fantastic deals! If I ever have a problem with it all I do is contact them they give me a refund and/or I send a piece back and they give me a refund. They even send a return shipping label! I have not had any trouble or have any hassles with shopping with Tophatter at all!

I have had only good experiences with Tophatter. Everything I have won were easy transactions. I had no issues with anything what-so-ever. Things were processed quick and shipped quick. Great service, fun to use and can get a bit addicting. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because Tophatter seems to have the same things offered up for auction all the time. I think that more variety of products instead of the same things over and over, everyday would have definitely received a 5 star rating from me.

The item is cheap looking, jewelry is cheap it comes broken an in shipping it gets broken. Clothes I order most of them run very small or they dont send the pattern you order or wrong color
I love the satisfaction guarantee, buyers protection & the wide variety of products. They have great stuff and at prices that cant be beat. If there is a problem there team get it resolved quickly.

When on the site you get various items that you can bid on. It goes fast and if you cannot get what you bid on wait a few minutes and it will pop up soon. Found interesting items and helpful items.

Everything has been a blast. I won several different products. I love that community and the items are unbelieveable. I have a watch, neck change, coloring pencils, a ring for my wife and one for myself. The prices that you can buy the items without the auction is at lease 90% to 95%, is a great offer.

You guys cheat money without sending supplies and won't even return on same day items. Such fruad. Don't worry, I unistalled your app and won't ever use it again. I too will let people know how unsatisfied I am with your app. I will recommend all to go to wish. At least if my item was lost in mail, they would give me my money back.

I have researched the products and if you actually look for them in a search, you will find them at the same price that top hatter has. It will tell you the product is worth $300 I have not seen that product ANYWHERE for that price. I have bought a few things. My previous jewelry that they claim was over $100 all turned on my fingers, Buyer be ware. IU just bought a watch total $6.00. Guess what so were the other sites,
