Was doing good till got ready for birthday gift opend up and earring in set was broke sad to say no gift for grate grand childs birthday was a nice looking set dont konw about buying any thing more

Since I am home bound I bought 80% of my Christmas presents from Tophatter. Gifts were for ages 3 months to 88 yrs. The return policy Says 30 days. I started in Sept purchasing Fingerlings. When we finally gave one as a present we found out they were fake ones. I had 9 of them. Send a memo to them and had a refund within 3 days for all of them. No question no returns needed. Just beware of overseas purchases... I enjoy this site.

I have received exactly what I bid on within a reasonable length of time, so far. Still have two things pending. If I had read the descriptions closer there was a couple of things I probably wouldn't have bid on, but that was my fault, not Tophatters.

I have very pleased with my purchases from TOPHATTER. The items are quality. I have had problems from items shipped from China. Several items were un deliverable by the post office. After reporting this to TOPHATTER I was credited within a day. I check this site several times a week.

Tophatter is a lot of fun... you get to bid on a wide variety of goods, and its fast paced so you dont get bored.
Most everything starts a $1.00 and goes up from there, so if one else bids, thats the price you pay, plus shipping, but sometimes even shipping is free! Its a little habit forming... ive gotten some very nice things for very little money... its a good value!

I have bought 2 items from Tophatter and at the moment I have received one and waiting for the other. I haven't had any problem with buying or shipping at the moment.
I am very pleased with Tophatter. They offer quality goods and low prices.
And it is fun! And never had an issue with delivery.
They lie and deceive. Deceptive advertise and out right rip offs and the return policy sucks they dont do anything but steal.
