Tophatter overall good

The site overall is good the only bad experience Ive had is with the smart watches as they are terrible... they wont stay connected and then they want to charge you 4.00 for an ap that doesnt work and force you to give a 5 star review before you can use it.

Shopping with Tophatter

The bidding process was interesting and equity. But if you won an item and they couldnt track it they would return your funds. Some of the sellers didnt comply with fulfilling their agreement. Tophatter always ask for feed back, so that they kept up with their customer satisfaction.

Good items

You get what you pay for and the time line is either on time or late on delivery. Some items are worth it and some are damaged but, they are good on refunding your money or credit back

Most of the time items are satisfactory

I'm happy 90% of the time don't return them as the items are inexpensive takes long time to receive
The least problem is the earrings backing are to small won't go into the post. The item becomes unusable when it hasmisding stones today arrival 3 hanging purple stones the top stone is missing!

Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. Tophatter offers Buyer Protection in the form of a 30-day Easy Return policy that will either: 1.) refund the buyer without return needed, 2.) provide the buyer with a prepaid return label, or 3.) present the buyer with the seller’s address to return the item, paying for their own return postage with valid tracking number.

On our platform, refunds or prepaid return labels are provided to U.S.-based buyers until the buyer hits a threshold for free returns. For internationally located buyers, we provide some store credit to offset the cost of returning the item at their own expense until the buyer hits the threshold.

The acceptable return threshold is continuously calculated as a percentage of the buyer's total purchases. Once this threshold has been met, the cost of returning the item to the seller with tracking will be at the buyer’s expense. When this happens, it is explained in the email buyers receive when they request a return, that they are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the buyer is provided with the seller’s return address to facilitate the successful return of the order.

Tophatter’s return policy is in-line and considered standard among the industries’ competitors. Marketplaces, as an industry, institute thresholds for the number of free returns offered, to curb abuse.

Outstanding fun

Bidding fun

I really like to bid so it is fun when there 3 or more bidding on the same item. If you don't get the bid wait it will come up again. If you don't like the items being shown you can going to the catalog u want and see everything they have.

I have only been on Tophatter for a little over 1 week and have already won 5 items that I bid on. It was very simple and fast, not like Ebay, Quibids, etc. No money required to deposit so it only costs when you win, not when you also lose. I recommend it to ANYONE!
