My experience has been, to a very great extent, better than I had originally expected. I was so surprised when a couple of my first purchases were "fine" with me, although not exactly what I had expected them to be. Imagine my surprise when I was immediately given a full refund! They didn't even expect me to return the items, they said I could keep them or throw them away! I have gotten so many compliments on the jewelry I have purchased with Tophatter! All in all, it has been a very pleasant experience and I have recommended Tophatter to my friends.

I thoroughly enjoy this site. I have found multiple gift items for family (and myself) since going there. My girlfriend turned me on to it and I am Very glad she did. There are no "catches" here. Just pay the price I bid and some shopping. Love this site.:-)

Items have been coming pretty quickly/good price on items/shipping cost is high and sometimes 10 times the cost of the item.
Thank you for your feedback William and I am sorry that the shipping cost did not meet expectations. Shipping prices are specified by the Seller as only the Seller can account for all their costs in sending an item. The shipping costs are displayed prior to bidding.
I made a return of a purchase and they claimed they did not receive it. They charged my PayPal account back without me being aware of. I had to pay PayPal back for a piece of junk I did not keep in order to keep my account open

Having quickly become addicted to the site, a few of MANY orders have already quickly arrived and are as expected for the best price ever. A couple of issues thanx to Canada post were very well handled by Tophatter customer service. Be sure not to cancel 2 order especially when new and learning as they will suspend your account for 7 days. O well money spent elsewhere and a lesson learnt. Still love it

The auctions really go fast, theirs no time to lolly gag around, if you want some thing you need to pay attention cause it will be gone.
Every thing i bought has been of good quality and better then it looks on the pic's.

Tophatter is a great company overall. I've enjoyed the things that I have gotten from them. But when I have gotten something I'm not crazy about there always fantastic about taking it back and refunding it.
