Tophatter is my number one place to bid, fun, exciting, quality items, if anything wrong with your item they will refund your money without any problems. I love customers service. I had an item didn't come and they automatically email me and put my refund in my account. Gotta Love them. Lots of fun and easy to bid.

I found TOPHATTER on FB, I liked the fact you could bid for items so you can stay with in your budget. I found the products ( I bought mainly jewellery) to be of high quality. They arrive well packaged and in good time. I am very happy with the items I chose and have never sent anything back.

Tophatter has a large variety of offerings with all bids starting at one dollar. I have managed to purchase many items for under five dollars. All of my purchases have been just as depicted, and I have been quite pleased with the items. I would highly recommend trying Tophatter. Just make sure you read the descriptions before you bid so that you know exactly the size, color, amount, etc.

Ordered this item on Feb, 2 2018. Claimed it was in Transit until March 5th. Wrote customer services to say was not happy with not seeing any progress about order was ridiculous. Without consulting with me they cancelled the order and sent a refund. Would have liked to get item still but apparently that was not possible.

I actually set my alarm for 12 as Ive won some awesome things through getting up at that time. I never really were watching but there that many cheap and beautiful things Ive bought 10 rings In a wk I have 5 watches and skin products are amazing I love love love it xxx time to bid xxxx

TopHatter is a fun site to use and I have picked up a few items that were priced (well a little below the market price) - but what the hell - the user experience is immaculate. Wish Amazon and other shopping sites are as good.
On another note - the Customer Support has been great - when I reported an incident of not having received the entire order - they have me an instant refund. I was diligent enough to provide pictures and accurate descriptions.
What TopHatter needs to do:
1) The Item header and descriptions should be crystal clear - some of them appear to be bordering on deceptive advertising. Probably not TopHatter's fault - but they need to weed out the Chinese vendors who have been trying to defraud end users.
2) We need a reviews section that needs "real user" reviews - if they are going to challenge Amazon and Woot.
3) Cheap is not always good - and I am ready to pay market price if the description matches the actual experience.
4) Contacting TopHatter is only via a Webform - need to have email support as well.

Kindly note that, Tophatter has strict guidelines which require sellers to accurately represent their items for sale. Our product review team has reached out to a few sellers who had misleading images and are working to ensure the listings are correct moving forward.
With this said, in an auction format, it's up to each buyer to review the item description prior to bidding, taking note of all key details, to decide the item is what's intended. Bidders decide how high they are willing to bid, and can stop bidding at any time.
Also, at this time we don't display comments from product ratings but instead show the aggregate star rating and number of ratings. If a product doesn't have a star rating, it means this is a newly added product and it doesn't have any reviews yet. We are working toward bringing product rating comments to the platform in a future update.
