Cant believe the customer service. Its quick, efficient and effective. Didn't give a 5 star only because the vendors are slow shipping. Not Tophatters Fault!

FRAUDSTERS BEWARE! Don't purchase anything from Tophatter they are scam artists. Cheapest of Chinese trash when they finally arrive, items with missing parts, or items that don't arrive at all. Some items took nearly two months in arriving. Bid on items and win the item only to have the seller back out after purchase. Of my 11 purchases all but one were different than described or the cheapest of Chinese trash.

This site has many useful products r hat can B bid on, & at times it gets quite competitive with other buyers. Overall the products r good, prices r based on bidding & delivery times r often earlier than anticipated. Only 1 criticism, most items a sent via post, packaging is non existantas shipper(s) use bubble wrap/ packages or Styrofoam, so some items get damaged.

Love the 60 second auction idea. But I feel some vendors need to provide better descriptions of their products I am bidding on.

I recently came across Tophatter, at first I was very sceptical about the whole thing. You don't even have to buy the bids... how good is that!
And to my complete surprise I actually bid and won lots of items...
It's very addictive, exciting and time just flies...
You do need to go to the tutorial before you start bidding, of course I did not and won things that I had no need to get...
Items that you win are dispatched very quickly and arrive promptly... Great communication. And if like me had a problem, it was sorted within minutes... Even though the site says it could take 24 hours,,, more like 24 minutes... I highly recommend...
I love shopping on tophatter, it is exciting to be in the hunt to outbid other people. Makes my evenings.

I really enjoy Tophatter. Everyone bids, and most bids start anywhere from $1.00 to $6.00. The highest bid wins. You can back out whenever you want. It is a cheaper way to shop for birthdays and Christmas. There is a lot of merchandise to choose from. Such as, home interior, clothes, shoes, jewelry, electronics, and more. Its just like shopping at walmart. I love it!
