Gotten a few things i wanted/needed and some stuff friends/family will love. I had 1 time where the seller failed to ship because i won the bid at a dollar and she was going to take a big loss. Some items are hard to figure out how to use. Had to u tube it to learn how.

I've kinda picked up a new addiction :) This app is so user friendly and has a lot of great items that fit into my budget. The time it takes to get the items is well worth the wait and I'm so pleased thus far. I have to admit I was pretty skeptical about it at first but now I'm thankful that I decided to give it a try. Everything that I've received this far has been good quality as well so that's a bonus considering other online purchasing experiences.

I've won two different bids on Electronic devices. They are cheap Chinese things. The auctions don't say that or where they are coming from, but they work great and are fun to use.

Worry free purchasing... easy returns if not satisfied with the purchase. If you miss an item or lose a bid you most likely will get another chance.

Satisfied with half the items. Other half of purchases don't have manuals or are missing parts. Not worth the postage to return. Mostly cheap Chinese products. Some say free shipping during bidding. I won with a bid of $4 and was charged $4 for shipping. This is one of the techniques they use to break even. It has been six weeks since I won a different bid and still haven't received it and continues to show it is still in transit. Even carrier pigeon can deliver faster from China.
UPDATE> Spoke to soon. Bluetooth headphones and wireless mouse stopped working. Bummer, I really liked the look of both.

I'm terribly sorry that Tophatter doesn't meet your expectations and your experience hasn't been satisfactory.
We hope you'll be delighted with every purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can request to return an item for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. On our platform, refund without return or prepaid return labels are provided to U.S.-based buyers until the buyer hits a threshold for free returns.
For internationally located buyers, we provide a refund without return or some store credit to offset some of the cost of returning the item at their own expense until the buyer hits the threshold. The acceptable return threshold is continuously calculated as a percentage of the buyer's total purchases. Once this threshold has been met, the cost of returning the item to the seller with tracking will be at the buyer's expense.
When this happens, it is explained in the email buyers receive when they request a return, that they are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the buyer is provided with the seller's return address to facilitate the successful return of the order.

I enjoy this site very much. It sets a fast pace and keeps you on your toes. I have bought a lot of items and feel I have gotten a good deal on each of the items. Another thing I like is that you never know what will be next but you never have to wait long to find out.

Love this site, so far ive not had the problems some are talking about, think you just have to have a bit of patience, at the end of the day the goods are coming from abroad, and are priced really well, if you not sure then google a product see the price, all in all it works for me

Ordered a jazz camera when you try to snap a pic the top opens where the batteries are camera is light plastic iv e seen kids fake camera made better then this piece of cheap cheap crap when you email them they act concerned then they blow you off

Je crois que de cette façon on peut avoir des commentaires de personnes qui ont achetées ces produits, pas besoin dattendre et si jamais Sa nest pas ce que lon voulait on peut retourner larticle ou les articles dont nous ne sommes pas satisfait.
Les choix sont vraiment énorme on peut pratiquement trouvé de tout et pour la plupart ce sont des marques reconnues de façons internationales

Best part is choice of how much you want to spend. Your choice. Tophatter is easy to contact if something goes wrong with bidding or wrong item. Very prompt service. I have lots of jewelry from my bidding and quality is great for price! Love the fun

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
