I love that Items are always changing so you can always find new items. The prices are great because you decide how much you can pay. You can browse for items you are interested in and when they are coming up get online notifications. Delivery is guaranteed and you can return items easily.

I have been a "customer" of Tophatter now for about 2 weeks and have ordered oodles of items. I already received 6 items since I started (jewelry pieces so far, beautiful) and they came really fast. And some were shipped from China. Don't expect "real" jewelry people, don't be so oblivious. The jewelry pieces I received are very pretty but I'm totally into costume jewelry anyway. One or two of the pieces, some tiny stones are missing after a few wears but I'm not mad about that. Its expected in any piece of jewelry. For the most part, the jewelry is very nicely crafted. I did order some electronic items like earbuds, the moon light, etc which I should receive in the next month. Your best bet is to keep in mind that the items are made in China, most shipments are coming from China which some items will be long in being delivered but it will fun and worth the wait! I'm pretty much addicted to TopHatter!

I probably went overboard on my shopping spree (12 items so far) but liked the bidding aspect, kind of fun, have received 3 items so far, they were ahead of schedule and I was very pleased with condition not a blemish, its like Xmas morning, can't wait for the rest, THANK YOU

The only think I dont like is when I accidentally ordered something and there is no way to cancel an Oder. Scrolling down and having shaky hands its hard to control what is clicked. I love this site.

It's a good deal everyday with TOPHATTER. Products are various and of a good quality. Only one thing: still waiting for two products and hope they will arrive to me. Please, also add a user manual for some products (watchs, cameras, etc).
I recommend this site to my friends and hope they will aslo enjoy.

Answer: There is also the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION that can help with these types of problems

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
