Bought an item that did not come close to what was advertised, very disappointed. Wrote a email to tophatter saying so. Within minutes they refunded my money and said to keep the item. Never saw such service from any company. A-A-A-A in my book.

Take a look at tophatter and you will see that there is NO information on the item you are bidding on! WHY? Does the term, SMOKE AND MIRRORS MEAN ANYTHING TO YOU? You run a risk of NOT receiving what you paid for or item is much SMALLER then it looks or DOES NOT WORK or of REALLY POOR QUALITY!

But be careful with electric stuff- often not in English! But returning items is easy and service is excellent, its highly addictive and so much craic! Give it a go, best auction site by far!

The prices are good, and the products are quality for the most part. Something goes wrong, like in shipping, and Tophatter makes it right. Only had a couple snags in over $300.00 in purchases.

I have purchased several things from this site, and most of the time have been well satisfied with the quality of the items up for bid. But like any site you run into that item that turns out to be a lemon. Tophatter goes the extra mile to see to a buyers satisfaction, and works quickly to insure a quick refund. For any sub-par item that it lists. You really cannot ask for anything more then that.
