I made several purchases, only 1 was as described. Several I never received, but I did get a refund. You have to wait 60 days after shipping date to apply for a refund. If you happen to win an item at a great price you probably will not get it or will get some cheap similar product. I am still waiting for several items.
Ordered the "Tarte Toasted" makeup palette and it was FAKE! I took the palette to Sephora to check the authenticity and low and behold it was fake as they come. I could even tell myself without even having to ask anyone. You can tell just by the colors and pigmentation.

All except one have been great! The clock and all is rediculious! It goes to military time the next time it goes over 12 hrs it starts to count down from 24:00 not from 12:00 as it should you can set it and set it, it doesn't matter! Also The light goes off after about 10 secs and unless you pick it up it won't light back up! I had it where I could watch it for over 4 hrs at a time and unless I picked it up, it wouldn't light up no matter how dark it wasn't! I hate it! I'd send it Bk, but it'd cost me more to stend Bk the the $5 postage I pd! I'll never go to a postage pd again site, if not for that the total I think of hand was $9. I'm just partially paralized and getting something mailed Bk is hard for me to do, or I'd send that piece of junk Bk! I can let others know through you guys however that it's not worth 10cents let only $9.00 I pd for it!

I purchased over $100 of stuff that ended up being junk! I didn't waste time to return anything... it just went to the garbage. Everything I received was cheaply packaged and cheaply made. I was disgusted I fell for this site. I only have myself to blame for not researching first!

It seems to be an ok site. But anything bought takes a month or more to get.
I've used this site about 1/2 dozen times, nothing ships very soon. So like I said, if you don't need it but want it someday, it's ok.

All made of plastics. All knock off. Smart watches and everything else do not work.
If you do request a refund and they ask you to return it, you will be paying... example... purchased a 7 iPad cost me 27.50 CAD to return it. I paid a lot less than that. IPad cover.

Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. On our platform, refund without return or prepaid return labels are provided to U.S.-based buyers until the buyer hits a threshold for free returns. For internationally located buyers, we provide a refund without return or some store credit to offset some of the cost of returning the item at their own expense until the buyer hits the threshold.
The acceptable return threshold is continuously calculated as a percentage of the buyer's total purchases. Once this threshold has been met, the cost of returning the item to the seller with tracking will be at the buyer's expense. When this happens, it is explained in the email buyers receive when they request a return, that they are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the buyer is provided with the seller's return address to facilitate the successful return of the order.
Unfortunately, you've requested returns in excess of the threshold, and we are unable to provide more free returns at this time.

Very nice items and so much fun to make bids or move onto the next interesting thing. Very nice variety of things to choose from. Like playing the lottery, just plain fun.
I got a defective item. Prepaid return label was instant and refund was received in about 4 days. Many good buys but shipping is truly on a "Slow boat from China" I feel shipping is a little high considering it takes 3-4 weeks.

I only wish the deliveries went faster. I've only had trouble here recently with an order. I've never had trouble except for the time. One of my orders went to a completely different state. But they refunded my money no questions asked.
