Tophatter is an upstanding site for bidding quickly on merchandise from a variety of merchants worldwide. I find new things everyday at low cost and most are as good or better than represented in the bidding process. Issues with unwanted items are easily handled at Tophatter, too. Reimbursement for damage to your merchandise is automatic upon submitting a legitimate complaint. This is not a common issue. I have ordered a hundred times over, at least and five stars goes to most items.
Everything has been as shown. Very reliable for every item. I havent had to return any items. Can count on it being delivered when they said it would.

This whole experience with Tophatter seemed exciting but every product has been not at all worth the auctioned prices and many sellers photos do not match the product you receive. Tophatter customer service was great, but the sellers are for the most part rip-offs. Out of about 30 items I bid on and won, I am okay with only 8 things. The rest were total junk and waste of money and time.

Most consistent 5 stars are rings and coins. Most bracelets and earrings are ok. Some necklaces and their chains are nice, but the rose gold one have cheap looking chains. Sizes seem to be hard to judge. Every stoned jewelry should have a karat size and a photo of a hand wearing the ring. Large earrings should be shown on a model. They make good on broken or incorrect items. They sell coins single, pairs and sets. My big problem is when they sell singles, there are multiple coins in the picture which leads you to believe your are bidding on a set.
