I have been for the most part satisfied with my purchases I have bought a total of 51 items 1 was canceled and my money refunded I won a electric shaver for $1.00 maybe it was to cheap for the seller to send. My latest problem I have had is a gopro style camera I have bought 5 of these I have one that came with a bad battery won't take a charge or hold a charge I tried a different charging cord I but in a battery from another camera and the camera works just fine probably cost me more than the camera to replace the battery not very happy! Some things not the quality I expected and some of the pictures are deceiving read the description very close. My overall rating is a B- I have slowed down buying for now.

Some electronic things I bought turned out to be pure crap from China. I have purchased some other things such as sheets that turned out to be a great deal. They did refund my money on the poor quality stuff. So I didnt feel to bad about the poor quality items.

For the most my experience with Tophatter has been good. I have had some problems with some of the items you allow on your site. Items are offered that are intentionally misrepresented as too size and quality. The packaging of a recent item was slipshod and arrived broken. I haven't received any information back from you on how that was handeled.

Since the listings are 90 seconds it is difficult to read an entire listing without missing the sale. Either in the photos and heading. For instance you will see photos of multiple items to let you think your getting them but you really only get one. Also the heading will state options that don't exist when you win. Another issue is the bid bar is on the right where you would normally scroll. This makes it easy to bid accidentally. If you cancel these orders you will be punished by Tophatter, not the deceptive sellers or the app writers. They can keep their crappy site and I'll stay with eBay.

I've been pleasantly surprised over my time with & purchases from Tophatter the items have been of good quality and unique. A few items were returned, and complete refunds were given, no questions asked. My Only concern is that some items take a very long time to get here, most a few weeks, very few more than a month.
