I have been very pleased with Tophatter. The sellers seem very good. I have only had two bad experiences in almost 50 purchases. Tophatter came through excellently with those two bad experiences. The only real questionable thing is whether sellers are over pricing their shipping costs and then sending purchases less expensively. I don't know whether this is looked into or not. I know at least two purchases were from the same seller and close enough together that they shipped both items together and still charged separate shipping costs. So they had one shipping cost and were paid and charged for two.

TopHatter has always been up front and honest they have shipped everything fast as they can. I am very satisfied with everything I have gotten. I have been on other sites but come right back to tophatter. The things I have bought has been exactly what they said they were. The only thing I have found wrong is there sizes run smaller than ours a lot smaller"

I have a good time going in and try to limit how high I go especially depending a items worth. Some of the shipping is way to high especially on small items or items or light weight items. I believe a lot of the high shipping is due to how many sellers are from China and Korea as well as other countries. Nice site tho.
I ended up paying for things I never received, the us mail says they delivered so I must have it. Even though I had several packages to different places around the United States and they said they were delivered and they were not.

I have been buying jewelry, and have been SO disappointed with it! And, yet... I keep trying. I would not recommend most of the sellers on here. Some are WONDERFUL - I'm sure - I'm just frustrated because the last 4 things I have gotten, I felt were a waste of money.:-(
