Not all is like it appears. For instance I bought a Power water pick and Flosser. Yeah it was powered by my thumb. Also they show a gun scope and even what the reticles look like with a Lazer. I got 3 of them. I just got the lazers. But they are food about refunds so that a plus.

Have had one poor quality item out of the 8 ordered. Not a bad average. However, the item that did not work was the one slated for my husbands gift. A bit disappointing. Also cost the most.

I am still waiting for my Yazole watch purchase to arrive that I purchased in April (if it arrives at all). I have purchased two other watches at extremely good deals that never arrived (one was never even shipped) although they were in stock when I won the auctions and are still available on your site today. One was a fashion bling watch and one was a T8 Smartwatch. Tophatter refunded my money rather then send them to me at a loss. Both are selling $10+ more than I paid for them. I am waiting to find out whether I get this watch or whether you just refund my money again to save Tophatter a sale at a loss. Sometimes I feel like I have been cheated out of a good deal.

As a 1st time bidder, I really was skeptical about all this quick bidding, but I thought let me try this and see what its all about. I signed up, very easy, I bid on a Smart Watch, won it for 9dollars and was really excited. I was a little "iffy" about using my debit card, but again I did it. I was sent a confirmation on payment and tracking #'s. I received my package ahead of time, and when I got it, it was in great condition and it worked. I am mostly satisfied with Tophatter. There are, however, a couple of issues I'd like to address. 1) When I "win" a bid, I cannot bid on anything else until I pay for the first item. I don't like paying for one item at a time. Also, I miss out on other items on which I'd like to bid. Waste of time. 2) Some of the items I ordered in early May have yet to arrive. This is aggravating as I have missed important events for which these items were purchased. 3) If I cancel items, I should not be prohibited from bidding on further items. A person should have the rights to change his/her mind. If you want my money, I've got to be allowed some flexibility.

1) I'm sorry you were unable to continue bidding on items. In some situations, we require payment after purchases before bidding again. For example, buyers purchasing Fashion brand items must pay each before bidding again on the next item, and new buyers must pay for their first order before they can bid again.
We also have a constraint in place which makes it so that buyers who have multiple cancellations must pay after each purchase until more successful purchases are completed.
2) I'm sorry to hear that the shipping time doesn't meet expectations.
I definitely understand wanting what you paid for to arrive as soon as possible. When I order online, I'm eager and ready to receive my item ASAP. Please know your voice is heard and we are working to improve your experience in terms of shipping times.
I personally want to thank you for your patience as well as assure you, we are working towards improving in terms of getting items to you expeditiously. On each item, you'll find an expected range of time to delivery, and it is recommended to check this out prior to bidding if you need your item for a special event.

So far everything has worked as advertised. I have contacted customer support twice and both times they have responded quickly with answers and solutions. I was also able to quickly get a refund on one item that did not work when I received it. These people are very easy to deal with and are customer friendly, which is very rare.

The bidding experience is ok. The merchandise is very uneven in quality. Sometimes it is good, sometimes it is gumball machine quality or dollar store quality. Often the products are very damaged and very clearly returns. Lately many of the things I have ordered have not worked. It costs more to return them than what I payed in the first place. You take your chances on this site. However I have received many things I have been happy with. Use PayPal to pay. You will be glad you did if something never comes.

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
