Although most items are very nice, the toys are not always the best quality. I have had them delivered without the correct number of items per product. Sometimes the paint is not of good quality.
There is only one item I have not received yet, that says it should have been delivered already. All other items have been excellent and delivery times are on point. I am missing a sheet set that was ordered and said would be here by May 19th. It must be delayed for some reason. But I love this site.

I'm tired of orders I've paid for getting canceled with no notice to me (I can't keep my checking acct balanced because money gets put in without my knowledge), Things I receive are not as described (and this happens a lot more than it should), clothes bought are always the wrong size because they are Chinese sizes, (to the point where I won't order them again), and no one answers emails to explain anything, no matter what the question is. I'm aggravated to the point of not ordering again, and I've been a REALLY good customer. But I am continually frustrated by refunds I know nothing about, not getting items because of refunds I know nothing about, and items not being as described.

I'm terribly sorry to hear the seller failed to honor your sale. This is definitely against Tophatter seller guidelines. When a buyer is refunded without prior consent the seller is automatically penalized, so this won't go unnoticed.

I have left numerous messages to top hatter about my refunds. I haven't received one item and they were supposed to refund me my money. On the status it reads refunded, but I don't have the in my account. There is another situation to where the package and the product was damaged. I sent them back, and again it reads refunded, but no money in my account! I am disappointed there is no phone number to call, and my messages haven't been replied to.

Seller supposivly combined my orders in one pkg. No ring and they wont refund or send me the ring I ordered.

TOPHATTER does provide excellent service in product resolution.
Any product that did not meet quality, was damaged, misrepresented is addressed by TOPHATTER without having to wait to speakers to customer service. Some purchased items are immediately credited, some you will need to return with the prepaid return label provided by Emil from TOPHATTER that you will need to print address labels and return.
I am highly satisfied with TOPHATTER process, and customer service if any issues with items you buy.
Tophatter wants to know that they are backing the buyers on the purchases made.

Answer: Justin you are absolutely correct. I find out the hard way. I had my own auction with nice AUTHENTIC designer items and cosmetics (Becca, Cargo, Smahbox, Too Faced, etc). I lost big time. $40 Cargo palette sold for $10; it cost me $15. Items that I started higher to cover my cost never sold. I still had to pay fees for the item being listed. A $200 Calvin Klein purse sold for $20; it cost me $80 wholesale. Run!
Answer: If you end up buying a few items from the same seller they can do a combined shipment but you rarely get the same buyer items since they only let the sellers sell 10 items a day. It is different for the sellers that have their own auctions.
Answer: You will notice the same names no matter the day, time etc. Bidding against you very often. Is it a coincidence? Personally I don't believe in coincidences.
Answer: Depends on what you are selling. Yes, a lot of items go unsold in the jewelry and accessories categories... as well as others. Coach and Michael Kors and other designer brands, not much goes unsold, because here's the catch - - you pay fees on the starting bid. TH wants everything to start at $1. So you get punished if you start higher as to not get screwed by a low purchase price. Say you buy a designer bag for $120. If you start that bag at $100, you're already paying over $10 in fees. **IF** you can manage to sell it for a profit, there are still the commission and bank fees. If you start it at $1, you're barely paying any listing fees but it might only sell for $80 (or less!). So, less fees, but you lost your ass on the item. It's messed up. Most sellers have put in their time to see if they can make a profit or to see if TH will change, but they all seem to end up leaving. I'm convinced the only ones who stay to sell there are the counterfeit or crappy quality sellers who are buying items for next to nothing, because that seems to be the only way to make a profit there these days. I would go the ebay route if you're looking to sell.
