You can't call customer service and talk to some one you have e-mail them and it takes to long for them to get to you and mean time you are missing out on the auction if you are having trouble with it and it did happen to 2 times was not happy about it
Tophatter has everything and more, will be buying my Christmas gifts for everyone on this sight and nice stuff and cheaper than Walmart but good quality and the prices of the stuff is unbeatable, love tophatter

Tophatter has proven to be an international mall full of great and low cost products. Of all of the items I won, not one item was lost in the mail. Be careful though, Tophatter is addictive, in a wonderful way, that is.

Fast delivery on most items easy to use, most everything can be gotten as a good price very happy with it
Tophatter sent me an e-mail stating that a coupon {see above) would entitle me to $5.00 off my next purchase. Their was nore to apply the coupon. I'm not sure what they are advertising, however it isnotalicable. The clock is something= I truly desired. But without the discount I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

As a general rule I absolutely love Tophatter but lately I have been having some issues with receiving broken items and sometimes receiving an item that I purchased but did not arrive as shown or what I paid for. We don't have a call center or offer customer support via telephone at this time, however, when you contact us through your My Orders or Contact Us page, our support team will reply within 4 hours, and usually much sooner. If you haven't received a response, please check your Spam folder and mark "Not Spam" on any emails from Tophatter that are found there.
In terms of missing out on items, I suggest setting reminders for items of interest, this way you won't miss them. Reminders can be set for items by clicking the heart icon, or by clicking Set a Reminder.
We will notify you that an item is coming up for auction shortly before it opens for bids and when you click the reminder, you will be taken to the live auctions where your item will open for bids in a few minutes.
