This is a great idea and concept. Not having to wait to see if the product is won or not. Good thing is there is usually The same product offered at different times allowing more opportunities to win.
Some products are great. Lot if products discriptions no accurat and miss leading. Packaging no great gwt lots of damaged product that comes in bags. Hard to get refunds and sending product back is a joke. Cost more to aend back rhen oriduct worth.
Some things on auction is not what is described when I received the items. So far though customer service is very helpful and want to work with you to resolve the issue

I'm finding that I could get faster shipping buy thru Ebay then tophatter and for about the same prices, so sorry tophatter I think its just as well to buy else where for the same thing, being your site does give sizes of some things and I like to know what They are before I get them, besides waiting about a month is a bit crazy to get your winning item

Ive gotten several item refunded because either it was shipped to wrong address in a totally wrong state or city. Or because the seller didnt like the winning bid or prices it wrong on buy now. I customer shouldnt be the one to lose out
