Received several items. About half I would say are very cheaply made and not worth much. The value they put on items has been many times incorrect. I would expect very high quality with the values they have given the items.
About 99% of the items I have purchased from Tophatter have been more than I expected and the other 1% could have been improved by providing instructions on how a particular item is suppose to work.
I joined just to see what the app was about. Then bam, I'm hooked. The thrill of a live auction, added to the feeling of winning, combined with saving money. What could be better. I was skeptical, until the packages began to arrive, weeks earlier than predicted, and it made me a believer. Quality products, at the price you choose.

While the items take a long time to arrive, they all arrive within a reasonable amount of time. I am very happy with this shopping site.

Some of the items came quickly, but the tracker says some are still in China. The quality is good on the items I have recieved, and when I had an issue with one of them, your staff handled it quickly.
Bought numerous items... mostly satisfied with price and product. Several items that were not working or did not fulfill expectations were given 'refund'. So far... very good

A lot of times you have to click on the picture to see exactly what you are getting. If it's clad or not, or if it's 10 pieces rather than the 30 pictured, or if it's one item rather than the 3 pictured. The actual weight of these 100% silver coins that are 1/10 troy ounce. The shipping sometimes kills the deal for me. It would be nice if the shipping times were less of a range. I've had 38 - 40 days, and one that actually shipped in the morning and I received it that afternoon. China post is not fast. But the range should be 20 - 30 days, rather than all over the place.
