Most items very cheaply made, promise more and you get less, or don't work as hyped. Sometimes damaged or a part missing. Too annoying a waste of time to me to go through a return process. Have totally stopped shopping on the site, overall disgusted. A few good items in the bunch but not many.

Over all I like the program but on the returns sometimes not enough time. One item I wanted to return I couldnt get to the post office before going into hospital.

As above, rather pleased, with a few exceptions. Some advertised items had very "misleading" descriptions of their product such as... showing a Silver Bracelet, claiming AND showing it was Sterling Silver (925) when it was NOT! We sell and know Sterling... We bought several at one time and we felt we got screwed! Also, another item, a lady's handbag. The Photo, with a woman holding it in her hands, looks like a rather large Handbag, and when we received it, it was nowhere like the photo! Rather than a "Handbag" as shown, it was just a small (5"6") purse!... and we had got sucked into buying two believing the photo and description...
