Mostly everything I've ordered has been of great quality. Some items not so much but 95% of all the items have been wonderful.

Worth checking out

I bid and purchased roughly 20 times. Most of the time there were plenty items to place a bid on. If you dont constantly scroll up and down quickly youll lose opportunities to bid on things. Most times if you lose out on a bid the same item will be available on multiple occasions. I have been satisfied on the items I bid on and received most of the time.

It is a hassle to return items... Im disabled and can not take items to the post office. I may as well keep the broken charger that I purchased. It came damaged! I dont have the energy to take things to the post office...

I'm sorry that our return policy doesn't meet your expectations. Tophatter will always process refunds for buyers upon receiving a valid tracking number from them indicating that the order has been returned to the seller. Tophatter offers Buyer Protection in the form of a 30-day Easy Return policy that will either: 1.) refund the buyer without return needed, 2.) provide the buyer with a prepaid return label, or 3.) present the buyer with the seller's address to return the item, paying for their own return postage with valid tracking number.

I understand there is some limitation with you getting items to the post office. I recommend contacting the post office to see if they offer a pickup service as sometimes it is required that the item is returned to the seller before a refund can be issued.

What I've done is issued a $5.00 store credit to your account. This credit will automatically apply to your next purchase of $6.00 or more and expires in 2 weeks. I hope you find something you love.

Ripping me off
July 22, 2018

My biggest issue is with the shipping and contacting someone about packages! Ive got a package that was supposed to be here already but when its tracked its been stuck in california since june 14th! When i contact tophatter i get same excuse! Package is on its way so no refund! I also ordered 2 baseball cards and when they showed up they was damaged because of the way the person packaged them so i asked for a refund and sent them back and the seller is saying no to refund! Im out of a total of $50.00 and nothing to show for it $#*! cant even get the damaged cards back but thats ok with tophatter!

Tip my hat to the hatter

Really enjoy the fast pace bidding and item changes. Not interested in all items up for bid( think about Christmas is coming), with that in mind I find myself looking at items I would never buy. But I bet Stevie at work or the lady at the checkout would love one of those. I'm beating the rush and shopping for those I would normally not think of getting a gift for. Loads of low cost items so I won't bank the bank or stand in the stores scratching my head looking frantically for what looks like (name here) would like. Now the item pops up and (name here) pops to mind. Probably not going to find that (keep the wife smiling and saying I love everyday till next Christmas), but I bet a bunch of smiles will have a thought about me by many. I do like the search, if you don't see it pop up search and see it might just be an item available.
