Still needs a little work

I understand that if you don't pay within 24 hours without requesting time, your item gets cancelled. I got a deal at a real good price. The seller canceled before I got home from work to pay it. I did not get any support from Tophatter. I was disappointed, however, I am still buying from the site

Fairly disappointed!

I have purchased several items from Top Hatter and only a few of them worked or what I wanted. I bought 4/5 128GB thumb drives and none of them work, they're corrupt, I waited too long before testing them

Some of your products need a better picture or description. Our eyes play tricks on us and we see things we think are there and when we get the product we are disappointed because "whoa whoa that is not what the picture looked like when I ordered it" or the description didn't say that. So naturally we give a low score, want our money back so on and so forth. I have experienced this.

If you're smart, it's fun

Nothing that I have found here is really good quality. If you are ready to either return roughly three-quarters of your orders, and/or use products before rating them, for your protection, there are some fun deals to be had. Keep in mind that photography can be deceptive. On the positive side, they are absolutely ready to take things back, and give refunds.
