Interesting Items at excellent prices

Tophatter has a wide variety of offerings, many of which I've seen on other sites for double (or more!) the price. It can be frustrating that some items take so long to be delivered but I don't order anything that is essential to life. On those rare occasions that a product is defective, I really appreciate that my money (including shipping!) is refunded immediately. Great site!

A few of the items were delivered poorly packaged or missing parts. Very few were delivered packaged that could be gifts.

I love Tophatter, the only thing I wish could change is that if you bid on something and didn't have time to read reviews you can cancel it if you change your mind at least within the 1st 1-2 hours.

I have enjoyed using Tophatter for years. I have purchased many items, most of them were as expected and at a good price. Even when an item did not live up to expectations, you were quick to provide a refund. Fortunately those were few compared to my total number of purchases.

Fun stuff

Lots of cool items. Many are cheaply manufactured, so be sure to read descriptions before bidding. That said, I've found several really great, solid quality items. Return policy is very reasonable.

Fun and money saving app

The majority of the products purchased on Tophatter are of good quality for the price. I have purchased mostly jewelry and it has been very nice quality and perfect for my cruising vacations. I don't worry if I lose it or it gets taken. I received many compliments and they make great gifts.
On the rare chance that the item is not to my liking I can easily get a refund. Which in this day and age is a rare thing.

My thoughts.

Most of the items I have purchased are pretty awesome, but there are some that did not meet certain standards, and were either broken when they arrived or did not seem to match the descriptions that were offered. I would like to see them give some kind of like a certificate of authenticity, and not just for us to take their word for what they are saying. That would be a good thing. That way they wont lie about what they are selling just to get rid of stuff that is not up to par. Thanks

Changes...

The main change you need to make is when buying and I or anyone buy something by accident There needs to be a place to delete the item and not have to put it on credit card. Accidently this has happened to me twice and I did not want the item in the first place. I had to buy no where to cancel... What do I need to do if I don't want the item.
