Poor service. I paid for the Executive package. The CV writer assigned to me had no clue about writing a CV. Most of what he did was copy and paste, did not pay attention to the questionnaire I completed or the example job descriptions I provided him. The output was full of basic errors. When I raised this as an issue he basically asked me to write the CV for him. The Cover Letter was completed generic, it could virtually be used by any person in any profession. It had no mention of what I do my skills or experience. The Linkedin profile I did not receive.

I was very impressed by the support I got in creating my new CV. Sarah was extremely professional and knowledgeable and responded very quickly.
CV update and LinkedIn profile was generally good. Disappointed with the mock interview. Not worth the money. Not geared for someone who has been working at a senior level for 20 years. More suited for young people starting their careers, perhaps just leaving University or higher education. I must say, Cheryl was extremely polite.
The process was very efficient and the people I dealt with was professional and fast in their response. Engagement was to the point and the outcome was a clean and professional cv that clearly highlighted the important points.

It was a very good, the team has delivered top class CV. They were always on top following up on my feedback.
I recently got signed up for TopCV premium service offering of £219. After couple of day I got another email from them with new discounted offering of £25 to get thank you letter done professionally.
I was in tight spot, I though why not.
They took 7 days to come back. Cut story short - when I received the CV I was in shock to read the language and they also did a big mistake with dates of my employment history (they were not in any order).
I was not happy.
Upon requesting refund - they have stopped responding.
Now, I have no choice but to go to courts and my local bank.
Avoid these scammers if you looking to get CV reviewed.
I am happy with my CV, it looks really nice and professional, it was a great help for me to have my skills layed out like this, as English is not my first language. Communication is fast, I have got answers to all of my questions and my CV was finished earlier then the anticipated time.
