If you want your CV professionally done, and want to deal with professionals stay away from these third rate unprofessional people.

When making my €300 order, I explicitly requested a phone conversation with my writer - these people completely ignored my request and when I finally rang them up to find out why they didn't respond to my question.

Instead, they wanted €50 to accept my phone call request and €75 to cancel it. Do not touch them with a ten foot pole - they're low class scammers who use a UK profile to build credibility - they can't even speak English, let alone write a paragraph in it. Total scam - I'm about $100 poorer for trying them and cancelling my order before it even began.

I initially got my CV 'reviewed' (see the verb trashed for more details) by Kate. I thought OK as I am not obtaining many calls from recruiters let me give this a go. The price was quite high for repeated reviews but I thought with feedback like this they may upgrade me.
It turns out I was better off with my previous CV. The first draft had spelling mistakes, copy and pasted parts from the initial questions, grammar errors, punctuation errors. It was an absolute mess.
To give credit to the guy he did tell me what he was trying to convey but I had to review my own CV and spend hours of time on these mistakes to make clear his tone of voice and the message that the CV was trying to convey. Even when he did make the changes that I requested, there were still grammatical mistakes that he added. How do you add mistakes on a edited document? It was horrible having to point out grammatical mistakes to someone I have paid so much money to. Please don't use them. Please don't respond to them. Their services are trash and they belong in the junk portion of your inbox never to see the light of day.

It's just really sad, that they don't care about their reputation, TopCV exist to scam. This company will defraud and deceive customers. In my case, I paid £99, which was the cheapest package. I sent my CV over for them to have a read & review (as requested), only for the writer to accuse me of not sending full information such as my D. O. B, education and career history. All information was apparent on my CV, but my writer did not care enough to read my CV at all, they did not even have the decency or patience to go through it thoroughly, which was the 1st red flag. I actually thought I was corresponding with a robot at one point, it was that bad. The 1st draft was very poor & when I had confronted them about it, they did NOTHING. In fact, that's where it all ended, they stopped emailing back and forth with me & they would disconnect the phone calls when i rang. They stole from me; they didn't complete my CV, actually they did not even start it, they stopped all forms of communication. They do not offer a professional service and they are not responsible at all, There is no pride in customer service or loyalty with TOPCV, they are thieves.
