Jason was responsive, and he was sensitive to my preferences. The product choices he offered me met my needs and offered good value. He is a pleasure to work with.
Jason did a great job organizing our flights - US to Tokyo then Shanghai to US. Flew a Dreamliner going and a AB 880 returning, all business class except for the short hauls within the US.
Will book again in the future. Tried Cook in the past never got anything put together the way Jason did.

Eric was fantastic! I had many questions that he answered courteously and professionally. Our business class route was a bit convoluted but each leg was impeccable, especially the flights on South African Air. That was the best business class I have ever flown. Eric was very helpful and diligent with getting me booked. The entire timeline from first contact to booking was about 4 hours. I was on my first leg within 9 hours of first contact. I actually kept in contact with Eric while in LA, and when I returned from China. He even took my call while he was at a wedding. Great personality and extremely helpful. I told a fellow traveler in China about your service while in the Shanghai Pu dong Airport. I appreciate the service and expedited service. Thanks again, I'll be in touch for future travel.
Jason was very helpful and responsive. I sent an inquiry earlier, someone else responded and promised to get back to me but never did. I ended up calling and Jason jumped on it and got two business class tickets for us for a January 2015 Australia trip. We are looking forward to the flight and will comment more after we return.
Eric Alberton was outstanding in helping arrange the initial flights and was indispensable in providing help when a last minute airline strike called for an immediate itinerary change. Kudos to Eric for his focus and professionalism.
On my return leg of a business trip I needed to change by date. There was a new ruling by. The airline that stated I was unable to do so. It was not knowing to my representative nor to alright however they covered the difference to get me home on the day I needed to at their expense.
