This may be one of my greatest discoveries for travel after more than 30 years. I have just booked my second trip to Thailand with Will Marmer of Fly Elite Travel. My first trip 4 months ago was amazing and here I am with the same great service and value to save 70% on Business Class to Thailand. I have already referred friends who are just as thrilled with the savings and service as I am.
Each year I log about 50,000 air miles. While most of it is business and domestic about four to five trips are international. Due to my line of work, I have to be fresh and well rested, so I tend to seek business and first class travel. While there are many 'discount' air travel firms offering 'special' rates, it has been my general experience that the advertised promotions and actual total prices are seldom similar. Also, service tends to be second tier.
Because my time is at a premium, I do not have the luxury to either barter, review poor itineraries or make selections with second-tier airlines with older planes and less comfortable seating. Jacob Gardner is a breath of fresh air. Since my initial inquiry, he has been prompt and efficient. He provides the strengths and shortcomings with the airline, airplane, class and configuration of seating. He makes adjustments to the flight parameters to determine whether a better fare might be had. He is polished in his written and verbal communications. He is professional in his demeanor and loyal to his company and the work he does. I would recommend him and Fly Elite Class without reservation.
