Jason went "overboard" to help us with your travel plans. He concerned himself with every detail including transportation to and from the airport(s) to our hotel during our recent overseas travel.
Due to the coup in Thailand, we were forced to make a couple of changes to our travel plans. Both times Jason worked with us to find flights and prices that met our needs. Jason did an outstanding job meeting our travel requirements.

My wife and I ran into a problem on our return from Europe flights, as the connecting late afternoon domestic flight CLT-RSW no longer existed. This was discovered just 48 hours before our European departure.
Flighteliteclass reacted very quickly on very short notice. Instead of HAM-MUC-CLT-RSW they rerouted us: HAM-EWR-RSW. We saved one stop and arrived several hours early in RSW. That was a true first class salvation.
