As I was getting into my PJ's (supplied by the airline) for my 16 hour flight from San Francisco to Abu Dhabi, as I was tucking myself in to my lie flat seat (aka bed) I smiled: "Thanks Chris!" Just purchased my a round trip to Italy from topbusinessclass. The service impeccable the prices to die for! I'll never fly in the back again!
