We ordered a car washing machine with all accessories and paid Rs *******/- in advance.
When we received the parcel on 10th April and opened it, we found shocking stones and dirty clothes.
The mistake we have done that we haven't opened the box in front of delivery person and not made any video upon receiving and opening the box, when we opened the box and made a video and called the delivery person, he said talk to the company we send an email and video to this company and now they are saying as you haven't opened while opening first time we can't accept our company policy is you should make a video before start opening the box my question is then how we trusted you and send you the advance money if we have any intention to the fraud how can a customer who had paid the money in advance will speak a lie to you

This website has enrolled fraud sellers, who would display quality and branded tools but will ship cheap Chinese useless tools.

I ordered a Wadfow 8 Inch (200mm) 7-In-1 Multi-Function Combination Pliers (WPL1778).
Instead I have got Freemans Combination plier having MRP of Rs. 291.00 (exactly half of what I paid).

Their return and refund process is super cumbersome. I was so harassed that I finally decided to forget my product and write-off the amount I paid.

Please avoid buying from this website.

We purchased the Hand held capping & sealing machine vide order number GS*******. The website description claimed 'when sealing is complete... check sealing quality' and 'securely sealing containers with caps'. However the machine supplied does neither securely cap it nor seal it. The customer service person says they hv delivered the correct product & as per 'policy' even replacement is not possible. Stay away.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with an online seller. Toolsvilla delivered only part of my order, then lied, ignored my emails, and left me stranded. Here's what happened: My order was sent in two packages. The first was delivered, the second never reached me. When I contacted their support, they told me the missing items were probably in the second package. That package was returned to them, and they refunded that portion — but never refunded or replaced the missing items. I had to travel 20 kilometers to a godown just to collect the reordered item. Even after all that — the missing parts were not there. When I tried to raise the issue again, they blamed me and said I should've raised a complaint within 3 days — conveniently ignoring that their own customer support misled me. They have refused to refund me, forcing me to buy the same items again — meaning I paid double due to their mistake. And now? No response to emails. No apology. No solution.
This isn't just poor service — it's fraudulent business practice. On top of that, I discovered many other customers complaining about the exact same issue with the same product. That's a pattern — not an accident. Toolsvilla: you're running a business built on lies, and I will be taking this forward with Consumer Court, DPIIT, and across every review platform that can warn others not to trust you. Buyers, stay away from this platform unless you want your money, time, and sanity stolen.

I bought a product on 13th June. They don't send the product. After repeated follow ups they sent two panels which is of no use.

I am very disappointed with the service of Toolsvilla. I never thought that I will be waiting for 8 days expecting my order to be dispatched. It is the worst online platform I have ever experienced. Please confirm the status of this order as I was told by the customer care agent that the order will be dispatch yesterday. Please share the tracking details or let me know the process to cancel the order and the payment refund process.

TOOLSVILLA HAS WASTED MY 8 VALUABLE DAYS. WORST E-COMMERCE PLATFORM.

Ordered a battery and they sent a used one which is not working. I am unable to return it. And their customer support (text only) doesn't respond.

I buy product from there it's packaging is defected and machine has scratches on it but they just saying we can't help. On this
But i have unboxing video. Of the product
But they did not refund my money.

Bought a 25 litr air compressor and received a 10 litre completely damaged one. No Customer s ervice number. Don't know how authorities are allowing this website to exist even

Toolsvilla is a fraud company.

Toolsvilla do not delivered material even if advance payment done.

While asking for delivery their answer is " Hamari team aapke issue par kaam Kar rahi he."

Have ordered SGT machine and they have delivered non working machine and when raised complain they are checking very slowly and changed the policy which is not written un product description and company policy at that time, they have not returned it and I am bearing a loss of 3100 really fraud site with worst customer service, their representative don't know how to deal with the customer. Pathetic experience better to buy from trusted sites they may charge more but defienetly they don't disrespect customer and don't change the policy per their mood.

Please beware of this company!They are fraudsters! A product ordered by me was never delivered.
They are not willing to cancel the orders.The customer care people will not forward or give the contact details of the company. Looks like a planned scam!I lost 1300 Rs.

Product ordered and they said Product dispatched with xpressbees, for my Address courier said incomplete Address, but from Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart, Ajio, even industry buying sending to same Address for a Past 3 Years, as of now minimum 300 parcels will be delivered to that Address, but toolsvilla says we are speaking and arranging for delivery

I placed an order for 50 litre compressor but they delivered 30 litre compressor, tried to raise complaint but they did not responds and when they respond the time of return and replacement was passed according to them. WTF. Grow up bloody scammers.

We bought a grinding machine for 1086 rs which was damaged because of their nasty packing and now they need proof which we already mailed the pics.Never ever buy anything from this site we usually buy from amazon and we never ever had an issue

Worst site not replacing the product when product was mismatch with size variation on imag vs actual. Asking money for replacement delivery charges in site they mentioned that they can easily return or replace order when item mismatch
