I had ordered "Agni A1706 Bench Drill Machine 13mm, 350W, 2800RPM" on 9th July 2020 with Order ID *******. It was delivered on 14th July 2020. We found that the machine is inefficient to drill on Aluminium. Hence we raised the complaint on 18th July 2020 asking to return the product and refund the payment.
Many times their technical team tried to convince that it works well. N they were trying to wash their hands. We sent the videos, photos everything. Final they said that the machine is fine and we will not be able to refund the payment. They concluded the matter without seeing the machine working.
They make people fool by putting high Specifications and falls descriptions and videos to sell the product.
I bought a water pump from toolsvilla.com a few months ago, till now it's running very well, got the product within 6 days in good condition, after-sales support is very good and very helpful.
