"Very worst service, do not place any order in Toolsvilla quality of the product is not good. Give different product. No return policy "

I purchased Alphabets and Number for Economy Range Manual Batch Coding Machine 4 Line, from toolsvilla.com and unfortunately received wrong size, when I called them, first they gave me work around for a weeks time, then they asked me to send the video of the product, which I did, then they closed the ticket as resolved, by putting a comment, that resolution has been provided, which was never provided, i asked for refund their agent said, we will replace you with the correct size, i agreed after a 10 days time, then suddenly line got disconnected and when I called again on the same number, no one is responding and neither they are responding to emails, they are fraud by sure.

DONOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Purchased tiller attachment for brush cutter with 28mm. But received a defective product. Now toolsvilla refused to refund my money post providing proofs of defective product. Toolsvilla is making money by selling only defective product. And so called support representatives are also frauds, they will purposely disconnected the calls. Also the positive reviews for this company might be provided by there internal fraudulent staffs only.

Very worst behaviour of the customer service, tools villa is not accepting the return of the product or not ready for the refunds, beware, think twice before ordering any product in the tools villa. I had a very bad experience, Initially they asked me to assemble the product and requested that I send the video/images after that they are saying return is not possible... Find the details below

Purchased a band seler from them sometime back. It was just kept aside and I started using it off late. They have been multiple problems with the machine. The tape burns off. I have replaced at least 5 tapes till now. The sealing is totally cross and it kind of holds up at the centre ruining the entire bag. If this is occasional then i can understand. This is happening with every other bag. I may have not got even a 100 seals with this machine till now. They won't take back the machine as they give no guarantee. Even if it costs in thousands. Thankfully I didn't go to purchase all my machines from here. However I will be filing in the consumer court. With no regulatory supervision Companies like these with bad ethics are just running rampant

The company runs by incompetent staff.
On 10 July I ordered an item for 9500Rs. Ref GS*******. To date 22/8/23 the item ordered has not been received. Staff are unable to take decisions without passing on the problem up to Sir who in most cases is unable to deal with the problem or customer. I had to seek and make a complaint to Anjuna police. A young officer did succeed to call management but even so toolsvills.com failed to deliver the item ordered. I have the evidence of toolsvilla.com consistent failure to repeated pleas to service the order.

Don't buy any products, products r of very very low quality and they don't take return products and harras people.

If there is any option of giving less than 1 star i wmight have given 0 to them. Worst company. Please don't buy anything from Toolsvilla. A fraud company.
I have booked 18L fryer,they have delivered 16L fryer. Immediately we have sent an email later after 3 days they have sent to attach photos and videos while we mailed them they said the time to lodge a complaint is 72 hours only...

Then I have decided to use the wrong delivered item. But it's not working. Then I said the delivered item is wrong and that too it's not working,they said as per company policies theycant repair we need to go for local technician.

I ordered a Pressure guage for the water pump on May, 2023 and the status of the product after 15 days is still "processing"! I tried to get their customer support number and complained about the same and asked for a refund of my money but they say they couldn't refund my money as the order is under processing. They say the courier is not picking up my order from them!.

This is unacceptable customer service. It has been 15 days and I still do not have my product. I have tried to contact customer support multiple times and they have been unhelpful and unresponsive. I am very disappointed with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

My order that was placed on April 17th has not yet been received, despite more than 25 days having passed since then. When I contacted them, they stated that it was simply a matter of manpower. Very Worst Service.
