I came across Toolsvilla while I was browsing for heavy duty Presssure washers online. They have an amazing collection of
Washers, Polishers pressure guns & accessories. I have bought 6 tools from them for my car wash & all of them work fine.
I think they should tie up with better courier partners. My order was delivered via eCom Express and sometimes the delivery times exceeded
7 days which is too much. Also the wait time at their call center is very long. I have stopped calling them and instead prefer to chat/email their executives.

I came to know about Toolsvilla via a Friend who purchase a 3 hp Power Weeder for his Organic farm. I have ordered
A few equipment for my welding workshop & they all seem to be very robust. I would like to appreciate their focus
On customer satisfaction.

I bought a pump, they dispatched, they eveyday msg that we are out of deliver but never calls/comes to you, and update that you were not available at location.I am spaculative that they will consume both motor as well as my money now.

I started a Spice Processing Business just before covid & bought some Pulverisers and Pouch packaging machines from
Them. My business could never take off. I wrote to the CEO after almost two months and they still agreed to take back
All products & offered me a 75% refund. I wish them all the success & good luck.

I normally do not write reviews, but I would like to appreciate this startup to provide such a amazing collection of
Dairy Equipment. I have a small dairy of 50 cattles 80kms away from Bangalore.
I have been able to expand my dairy operations & income because of them. Have been a regular customer.

DO NOT buy from here. Very bad policies. If you don't raise a complain within 2 days they wil not entertain you. Lot of bad products on their site and fraud company.

I found Toolsvilla while I was searching for Gardening tools online. I am an avid gardener and like to do weekend DIYs.
I have ordered a few tools from this website in the last few months and never had a problem. The delivery time & packaging
Quality however should be improved.

I was not able to start my Chainsaw I ordered from Toolsvilla. I contacted the customer support support and they sent
Me an installation video. I have been shopping online for a few years now but haven't seen such prompt response from companies.
Have recommended Toolsvila to a few of my friends as well.

My order for a Sugarcane Juicer machine was stuck at the Pune DTDC courier branch, I tried connecting with the DTDC team but they did not respond
Properly. I emailed the Toolsvilla customer support team and they arranged a conference call for me with the
DTDC pune hub manager. The product was delivered to me within 2 days. I appreciate all the help & support.

The product was returned and replaced but I feel that the waiting time on their call centre is too long. I have wait
For more than 5 minutes to connect someone from the customer care.

They should have coupons for repeat customers, I have bought several products from them in the last few
Months but never have I got any discount. You can only get discount on full payments.

My order was delivered via Delhivery courier. It took around 8 days after I ordered. I think they should work on Packaging & Delivery.
The product quality was good.

I buy from Amazon & Flipkart mostly, tried a new website for the first time, was amazed to see the
Collection of tools, spares and accessories these guys have. Have bought a few tools for my workshop
And they were delivered on time. Post my purchase they have sent me tutorial videos which I have found very helpful.
We need more startups like these in India.
