I purchased one pipe but it's not compatible with my machine so I plan to return but toolsvilla dinay to return.

I bought a expresso machine for my cafe.
It came with no hole in nozel so i complained on same day, while checking the machine i got to know that the pressure gauge is also not working properly so i called the same after few days.
They send me the nozel & pressure pump by courier. The courier guy delivered the product to another shop which i got to know after to the shopkeeper called me after a week.
I collected the parts and replaced the same then i got to know that the machine they send to me is faulty, it takes 15 minutes to make pressure of 35 psi & looses its pressure 35 psi to 15 psi within 5-10 minutes without using the machine.

Now they are not replacing the machine not refunding the money.

They are fraud company please don't buy anything from them.

My product was not delivered & when I communicated to customer care no response from there for almost 10 days. Order was cancelled with out my knowledge.

0 rating have to choose 1 star due to no other option,
Price of the machine is very high and work on very high commission something around 30% to 40%.

As my milking machine not working proper and also call costumer care they not pick phone calls. I want return my product but in the website return option is not there. So how can I return the product any body knows please advice.

I purchased onion chopper machine and I glad to tell that it was outstanding and very easy to use. Happy to purchase from tools villa.

I ordered an manual ss hopper grinder from this website For 1350 rupees
I received a product that had rust and cracks which were cleverly hidden with loads of grease.
On first use of the product, it broke, obviously.
When I made a complaint. These people are asking me to pay 705 rupees for the part, which should have been replaced because I received a rusty part in first place.
Customer service is poor, i will proceed with consumer forum complaint but i thought, this experience must be shared

My order ID ******* they delivered a damaged product, afterwards no support from toolsvilla, I lose ******* rs by purchasing a power sprayer. I mail and call too many times, they said sent me the damaged product within 48 hours, but no response, they cheat, I purchased my dream (power sprayer) by taking a loan, I am poor farmer, plz help, don't know how to complete, plz nobody buy products from toolsvilla the robbery poor customers, plz help, Santhosh (triple piston power sprayer)

Do not buy from toolsvilla if you ever going to need any service from them. We bought a product which did not work on arrival and toolsvilla offered very little help in solving the problem. They do not replace or give refunds even when the product is faulty.

I bought a Mist fan and was delivered the same without a part. After a lot of follow up managed to get the part and finally the fan could be assembled. The product quality and performance is excellent but I did have some trouble in convincing them initially that a part was missing.

If I could review the product I will give it 4 to 5 Stars but customer service sure need s a lot more attention. More so to overcome so many bad reviews by others...

I purchased a machine (ORder ID: *******). The machine is defective and now I want to return it. Theya re asking me video mentioning what is wrong. I think that is all not needed. You have returnable label in your product so you should simply return it and refund my money.

Please take the machine and and refund my money. My money is struck in your hands and you gave me non functional machine.

I had purchased a mini electric spray pump on 25th aug 2020. After a lot of followup, I received the product on 14sep, and that too with missing parts. Again after writing many mails, I got the missing part delivered on 9th October 2020. When I tested the product later it didn't work. Now they don't bother to take back the product and return the amount. It's already 2 months since I am following up with the support team, they didn't arrange for a return pick up and return my money. It's worst worst ever support from any online e-commerce website I have ever seen.
