Horrible experience and they still have my money... ordered two years ago... nothing arrived... a bunch of emails... check the local post office... that way continued... i have mail seven months after ordering from with the same text... check the local post office... after two years they say six months is the maximum for a complaint... we are sorry for the inconvenience... a totally illegal practice

I made a purchase from tomtop.com, received the product was not as described, not working, and useless, send emails, photos and videos to the seller as they requested, but did not workout, I requested for refund, they finally agree to refund if I send back the products back to them at my cost and they received the products. I sent the product back to them to the address they give to me at my cost, but I still did not receive the refund after 4 months and they stop communication with me since then.
In summary, this is a scam seller, who sell useless trash as good products with high price to make money, and you will lose more money to send the item back to them.

I bought a Xiaomi WiFi Repeater Pro on the 31st August and it reached my end by the 19th October last, about 50 days, most of that time spent here in Argentina, not that bad considering these pandemic times. The package arrived in apparent good condition, when the plastic cover was removed; the box inside presented slight dentations, but the product inside was in perfect condition. Already paired it to my WiFi network and works just fine. Very pleased with this product, I strongly recommend it. Thank you once again TomTop.
So far I have not had any problems with this seller, I order from stock in Europe, the items are delivered on time. The money transaction takes a little time, but in relation to the price it is worth the wait

I've been burned twice by this site. If you have a defective item or they send you the wrong part, They expect the buyer to pay for the return shipping. This is only after repeated email. They found a loop whole to get away with ripping people off. They know no buyer is going to pay for the return shipping, knowing it was the sellers mistake. Paypal and the banks don't monitor this. They just tell you to return the item. So, you're going to be losing money regardless. They are the worst customer service. I have never had any other company do this. I would never order anything from this company. They will steal your money.

Warranty issues and BAD customer service. The twelve months warranty is a lie. Practically unused gimbal, when started using, went south in about two weeks. Just stopped mid recording, never turns on anymore.
Customer service, Steven, who I think is an algorithm, answers. Asks for video. I send him. He doesn't answer for a week, then tells me to do this and that. Item still won't work so I try to apply my warranty rights. It seems tho this Steven cannot comprehend the word.
They offer me 5$ as partial refund. From 66. I say that's a joke. We work it up to 15, I keep telling Steven I want vouchers as I need a new gimbal and I'm willing to buy it from Tomtop.
Now we are back to square one. 5$ his offer again. After 15$ yesterday.
Tomtop is a SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN AU, an artificial UNintelligence. The item looks great, you can use it few times then it just stops and no money no gadget.

I got some wireless earphones from them. In less than a month they were faulty. The left piece was disfunctional and wouldn't charge. I wrote to them asking either for a replacement or money back. They asked for a video. Now tell me how you video an earpiece not charging? I sent them a photo. Nothing heard...

I have sent the items by USPS at my cost, that almost same as the price of the purchase, but they still denied to refund as they said they did not receive the items (They give me the address in China was not a valid one). They stop communication with me since then.

An absolute joke of a company. I ordered a Phaewo e-scooter which arrived faulty. Within days of riding it, it developed all sorts of issues that eventually resulted in it ceasing to work altogether.
Communication with TomTop was challenging at best and incredibly frustrating. They wanted videos which I sent only to be told that they would only accept videos uploaded to YouTube. I was then accused of miss use and the warranty would not be honoured as a result. I was then told to take it to a local repair shop to get it fixed (they were allegedly going to pay some of the cost). Sadly, it still could not be fixed.
TomTop then said that the only way I was going to get a refund was to return the scooter to them in it's original condition and packaging. Seeing as it had now been accessed by a repair shop, and not in the original condition/ packaging, this was going to be impossible. Also, a quote to ship it back from the UK said it was going to cost more than the scooter itself.
Use this company at your own risk. They are crooks.
UPDATE... After asking me to contact them following this review, they then again accused me of damaging the scooter myself and said that my request for a refund did not constitute a normal' psychological frame of mind... it's up to you but these are thieves con artists.

I've bought on sale a 3d printer at too good to be true price but they dont ship it because my shipping address is too long! They ask me to shorten the address to few characters! Never happend to me before on any website! They want me to shorten the address so it became obscurely so item they will send will not arrive at me. So they will have excuse to stole my money.
So many many people have problems with them why the heck PAYPAL is still working with them!?

I ordered a gadget for my daughter on 25 March and 2,5 months later I am still waiting for it. Emailing the company to ask what the problem is, is to no avail, as they do not answer - not even on my request to cancel the order and get refunded. No service at all!

I had purchased from tomtop previously and everything arrived ok, except for one order I was missing. I informed their customer service and it was mailed to be fairly quickly considering it was coming from China. Fast forward 8 months later and I placed an order for k95 mask. Its been 2 months and still has not arrived. I have had multiple conversations with customer service since week 3 of not receiving the order and every time it was the same excuse. Their US delivery is slow due to Covid 19. I have order many things since Covid, as I am sure most have and it has never taken 8 weeks to receive a product from anywhere in the world. I have to count this one as I was scammed.
Stay far away from this website and company. They do not send your products and lie when you ask about the status. Shame on you tomtop
On March 30,2020 due to the worldwide quarantine I ordered a pack of face masks from TomTop. That was my first experience with the site so I only paid 20 for 10 masks and I thought let's see what happens. Well, it is May 28 today and after three weeks of e-mailing each other they told me the refund is not possible unless I am sending the item back to China. Since I am not getting the package and it surely has been lost because of this pandemic chaos I cannot send it back to get a refund. What is this Catch 22? Aliexpress always refunds me if something similar happens. Alwayssss. I would like to puke on TomTops managers head.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
