Please noone even think of buying anything from those scammers called Tomtop, they are the worst, yes, those sellers, should be banned from stealing people right and left.
I have bought a gear knob for my car and clearly ordered the short type, they sent me the long type and the worst part, they refused to refund me when it's clearly their mistake, they offered to refund me $5 when I paid over $23.
Please stay away from them.

Scam website, don't buy from here. Product quality is terrible, sizing are all over the place and I'm pretty sure clothing will fall apart after a few washes and electronics will break in no time. They make returning things close to impossible as well.
Bought a Xiaomi Lucky Bag from tomtop, 90% off from 90$ original price. What arrived was a couple of pens and a nailclipper, worth 13$ if you buy the items. So I can only conclude that they sure are scamming their customers. I complained that the lucky bag should have been one that really had at least 90$ worth of stuff in it, because thats how discounts should work, but all they offered me is 1$ returned.
If you try to get something from this website it's a scam! Now my dad got this but his bank is woodforest bank, and they gave him an email that it's a fraud. Christmas is about giving not taking. Tomtop should rot in hell. Sorry for the rude language.
I made an order for a 3d printing build sheet
First they e-mailed me that my order went through. (10/6/21)
Then I get another E-mail that there was a problem with my credit card and I have to use another source even though the charge had posted to my credit card.
I wrote them back saying that they were wrong that it was posted. So they answered they had sent it.
Waiting for this item and tracking it. I still do not have it and today is Oct 26th and the tracking shows that it left Atlanta 5 days ago and USPS says a label was created but not yet in the system. I asked Tomtop to initiate a trace and they refused saying to give it some more time and they hope I get it soon.
People beware. Once they have your money, their "Customer Service" is horrible. I will never buy from them again and advise everyone to stay away... My item (Underwater Metal Detector) is defective and they will not take it back for a refund.
They lie and do the opposite of what they communicate via email. I never received a replacement or any apology. My original review of this disgusting company stands. Some government entity / law enforcement should investigate this company for fraud.
Received a defective phone with a usb port that will not securely/connect to usb cable port and easily disconnects with the slightest touch. The customer service is disgustingly horrible and they to convince you to accept a cheap 25 dollar refund on a 479 dollar cell phone. Good thing I went through a 3rd party payment center that will help me receive a replacement or refund.

Tomtop are a very dodgy organisation, do not buy from them. I purchase a battery operated mini chainsaw which came with the advertised two batteries but one is faulty. I had it checked out and reported back to them and asked for a replacement. They strung me along by keeping asking for a video of the problem, crazy it is a faulty battery. In the end they offered me $5 to go and get it repaired which by the way is impossible but even if it were would cost me more than the whole tool. They are in contravention of our Consumer sale of goods act. Again a very dodgy crowd, stay away.
Original order BA21F04M0441-U2PKBV was canceled by TomTop as Apple Card did not authorize the transaction
As the previous order was canceled I placed a new order BA21F04M1144-SUCC1H which was authorized and the item got shipped.
Out of the blue TomTop reauthorized BA21F04M0441-U2PKBVand sent me an email that a new order has been placed which I did not. I immediately emailed TomTop support to cancel this duplicate order for which I was told to wait till the item arrives to be returned as it can be canceled at this time. After the duplicated item was delivered TomTop went back on its promise and wants me to pay for the return shipping or keep the item which I believe is not the right thing to do, as I did place this duplicate order.
You buy something from german storage. Arrives the next day. Great. Does not work. Return: at your expense (more than the purchase value) to chinese address.
Do not waste your time and money - go buy from amzon in the first place

I bought an item with free shipping and a week later received an email asking for more money for shipping.
After 5 email exchange they're now going to cancel the order if I don't pay the additional money they ask. It's a very bad practice and a scam.
The shipment had minor damage from the outside, but made a strange sound. After opening the product was damaged - photographic bulb 270 W

I ordered a product almost a year ago. As I enquired about not having received it, I was told there were issues with covid. A few months later, having not heard about Tomtop, I contacted them again. They said that their supplier had raised the price, so they would send me the item I had ordered if I paid for an additional amount. I think this type of practice is totally dishonest.
I am now struggling to get a refund from tomtop. They have been saying it's coming... and will not offer a date. Stay away from TOMTOP
The stuff they sell is ok and delivery wasn't bad bearing in mind it was sent overseas.
However, if anything ever breaks. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU.
Last year I bought a 3D printer from TomTop. It worked fine for about 8 months.
In November the printer started failing. The print bed temperature was fluctuating wildly and the printer software kept crashing citing a thermal runaway.
TomTop spent the next two months getting me to run various tests on the printer, most of which involved opening the thing up and taking voltage readings from various components. I'm pretty sure they were just trying to scare me off.
At the same time I was speaking with Creality (the manufacturer) who were equally useless and getting me to perform pointless tests. Eventually Creality agreed that it was the motherboard that was at fault and that TomTop should replace it.
I relayed this to TomTop who then repeatedly asked me for the serial number of the motherboard. Despite me telling them over and over that there was no serial number on it. I sent them multiple photographs of the motherboard showing the lack of serial number. This carried on back and forth for a few weeks.
They were deliberately obtuse and using the language barrier to evade any questions or to properly respond.
Finally in late December they agreed that they'd send a replacement motherboard.
When the package arrived, it was a 20p thermistor (which incidentally was the first thing I replaced when the printer started playing up) and not the motherboard.
They're now not replying to my emails.
So now I have a broken printer and I need to buy a new motherboard myself.
TomTop is a dishonest, deceitful and petty company. If you're buying anything that could possibly require any kind of after service, go somewhere else. They are not worth it.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.

Answer: Smart buyers who don't know about TomTop will read the 1-star reviess. Shipping from TomTop is rather quick -- in my case it was only 8 days. What takes so much time is getting your defective product replaced or getting your money back -- in my case it was over 13 weeks. Good Luck.

TomTop, like most Chinese sellers, pay customers to post good reviews of their products and many have employees who post positive reviews as well. If you buy from TomTop, chances are very good you will be writing another one of those 1-star reviews three or four months from now.
