They sold a fake product (with no original box) and it's not even working. It's not possible to reach them by calling but only by email and I said since they sent me a fake product which is completely illegal and they have to pay me back everything what I paid including the shipping, but it is NOT POSSIBLE to communicate with them clearly. What they repeat all the time is that they will only pay me partly and I have to cover the shipping (shiping here and back, so twice). I've just completely wated my time and money. This website should be bent for selling any products in europe!
My order has never arrived and I expect it never will. They graciously offered a refund when I send it back which would be a neat trick as I've never received it in the first place. Anyway, I dare say the refund is a whole lot of bull like everything else about these fifth rate scammers.

I bought a ps4 controller and when it was delivered home it was broken. When I filmed the buttons not working they wouldn't give me a full refund.

A few months ago I bought four DMX moving heads. One of them stopped working within the warranty period. I asked for claim to be repairing or refundet. In reality, they do not accept any claims. They only wanted to refund me a maximum of 12 euros, given that one head cost more than 100 euros. If you buy something from Thomtop do not rely on any warranty. I will never buy anything from Tomtop again!

I had two orders from these company, and never again. After eight months I have received not the full amount from the first order. I 've skipped the husle about the second one with the countless e-mails. The site in my opinion is a real scam, don't trust it because you will regret it at the end.
Scam, I can't think about anything else of what are they doing.

Don't buy from these scammers. They promise a lot, but don't follow through. They send you a faulty product and if you call upon your warranty, they are not home or send you off with an insult of a refund (mostly 20 to 30 percent). Never buy, they are the biggest scammers you can find.

Had an issue with a 3D Printer Mainboard purchased from Tomtop and was concerned with warranty support for the product, but Tomtop came through. It took a bit of back and forth with their courteous customer support, but once the issue was determined, the failed part was replaced. Took a while for the part to be shipped, but now my 3D printer is up and running properly. I would have no problem doing business with this company again.

Tomtop has been the WORST to work with. I ordered a package forever ago, and when I contacted them about it the said the accidentally sent me the wrong package. They are now holding my package hostage until I send the other package back, and I have to pay for the shipping! Which is not cheap and it's so frustrating since it is there mistake, not mine. And now I don't know how to get my original package back or my money. I will never be ordering from them again.

Fast and in mostly effective!
I have received most of my orders within 2 weeks time, which is quite good for items from across the globe. Everything was as promised except for a tripod end screw that didn't fit, but nothing that would keep me from using it. Perhaps the only down side is the poor quality english in which you sometimes struggle to understand

This site takes your money, does not complete the order then cancels the order. So they have the use of your funds for a week and their support is awful.
They then want me to send credit card details by email!

Big variety of products in the best prices of online market. Quick delivery and easy to use site. Special prices and coupons oftenly given. Try to use them smartly.
Purchased an Arctic Cooler which was a big mistake. It worked one day. They acted like they would stand by their product but it was just a run around. They wanted a video of it not working. Did that then they wanted to refund only a third of the price. We argued back and forth and I agreed to half. I do not recommend them at all. Would give them a zero if possible.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
