They will take your money, but it take forever to get your merchandisae, if you happen to get it. I order two drones on the 1st and after 15 day I get an email telling me that thay can not ship it DHS. So they have my money and my dornes. What a scam. I'll never order from these people again.

I have placed an order over a week now and the order is still processing. Several mails sent to them had no reply. They won't also answer their calls when you call their phone. I'm so unhappy with their service.

The products are very good quality. The customer service is very professional. We recommend them highly especially for electronic items.

Never received my item and asked for a refund. They responded and said they issued the refund to which I never received. Now they will not respond to further emails. I'm out $300 at Christmas time.

Few times I took goods from TomTop shop. I was very satisfied with quality of products which I took. Also one time I write to resolution center and everything was solved fast and in my favor. I recommend you TomTop as good place with wide range of different projects.

Site took my wife's paypal account immediately. No email from the website/company with details of the order. The website does not work when you try and look up the order, no one answers the live chat, and both phone numbers I got went to what sounds like an old answering machine with a message by an Asian person with poor English.

Goods have always been as described and, if you can wait a little for delivery, good value.

Have purchased some number of items from them. One item arrived damaged in the mail and they replaced the entire item for free. Will continue to shop with them.

I did purchase things from them in the past, AliExpress and Ebay are better and the merchants there needs to answer to someone so it's more trustworthy in case you have a complain.
When buying from TOMTOP, you are on your own.
