I have order a number of items from Tomtop. Delivery time is much shorter. My item arrived ahead of schedule. Best shopping website. I highly recommend.

I am writing this review after 2-3 years of using Tomtop.
I purchased from 1-2 $ items to 60$ items, and verything went ok.
As i said, they need to improve their shipping experience, but overall i would reccomend.
They have a large variety of products, some of them with a significant discount.
Overall, a 4/5 is ok.

Bying at Tomtop is a save and cheap way for a lot of products.
Quality is usual ok, and service when something happens also. Only thing is that you have to wait a few weeks before you receive your items (I am living in The Netherlands).

Tomtop has excellent prices and stands behind the products. I order regularly from them and the few times I had an issue they fixed it to my satisfaction. This is why I keep ordering from them over and over!
UPDATE: Bad experience today! I receive email with item at $48.09,54% off > $22.39. I click to order, the page shows $48.09 15% off > $41.26, not even close to the advertised email price! One hour later I click again on the email link and get: regular price $58.09 ($10.00 more than 1 hour before!) 21% off > $46.26 ($5 more than with the earlier 15% off! They are playing game with the supposedly "regular" prices and use false advertising! Not ethical at all! I had good luck with them before but this incident removed all the trust I had in them! I do have screen captures of those price changes but unfortunately I cant post pictures here. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM ANYMORE!

I ordered a watch.
The watch was packed up properly and looks like the one at the photos.
If you have some question before or after you had bought something the tomtop service answers within one day.
And the payment with paypal gives each customer an additionally safety.

I am happy, that I found tomtop.com and will buy anything again.

One week ago I ordered a balance scooter, I never got any corespondance from Tomtop, I am about to tell PayPal to cancel this sale. Finally on 25th of Nov I got a tracking # of Fedex, today Dec the 7th that tracking # is still inactive. Tracking # from Tomtop is the modern version of the famous snake oil salesman pitch, a lot of baloney, they also provided me with a Chinese tracking # that can't be checked because even if they tell me to click the included link, they never provided the link, LOL, finally thanks to paypal, matter was resolved and My item got delivered, Tomtop need a good representative for customer service as they don't communicate ponctualy with buyers

I ordered on this website a couple of times in the past. The prices are really cheap and the shipping is free which is also a great bonus. Usually the products come within 2 weeks to the Netherlands sometimes even less but for the price you pay its really good value. Website layout is really good too and easy to find what you want.
I would recommend this website to people who are looking for good priced items or gifts for friends and family
