I purchased a walkera master cp electric helicopter on line from yourselves after waiting four weeks for it to arrive from china, only to find that the Radio Devo 7 mall functioned and stopped working before i could even fly the helicopter model, I then contacted Tomtop at least 12 times over a period of three months, to date it has still not been replaced even when at my cost, sent back the faulty radio.
To sum it up Tomtom your customer care is the worst i have ever dealt with, you need to up your game or loose many old and new customers.

I really wish I had read the reviews for tomtop before using their site as I would have found out how sketchy this company really is! I ordered something from them a week and half ago through paypal and I am now here with my money gone and nothing to show for it. After making the order paypal immediately sent through confirmation of my purchase however I never received an email from tomtop themselves. I did find this weird however I didn't think too much of it. 6 days after making my order I then started to worry that it hadn't arrived (as it needed to be here before christmas) and baring in mind the delivery I had paid for was 4-6 days. So I then tried to go on their site and track my order. However when I tried to sign in it just kept saying that I didn't have an account (which I do because I made one when I ordered my item!), and not only that but apparently my email address doesn't even exist?! I then tried to call them to sort it out and all they try and do is say that it can't have been their company that I used! Not only that however the woman I was speaking to told me to wait a minute while she tried to find my order and then hung up on me instead. I cannot believe how sketchy and useless this company is and clearly they are only after your money. I'm just glad I checked out using paypal meaning I have proof of my order. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! It's all a scam and now I am without my money and without anything to show for it! Please don't make the same mistakes I did!

Tomtop has some real deals. I am happy with everyone of my numerous purchases. Everything I have ordered has been exactly as it was advertised. Delivery was better than expected considering it was shipped from a foreign country. Electronics are a plus when it comes to price. Will I buy more from Tomtop... you betcha!

Ordered an item from them and paid for Priority Shipping (3-6 Days). I checked the tracking page for 6 Days since ordering and just saw that my item is still in "Processing" with no indication of what's happening. I got fed up and sent them a couple of emails but nobody replied.
After searching through their confusing website, i found another email address and sent another email there. Guess what, after sending them an email, that's when they sent my item out for shipping. The email also said to wait another 7-15 days from the day it was shipped.
NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE.

UPDATE:
The product came. Specs from their FB page were "Stable Flight" and "720p HD Recording"
Flight was unstable. The app is too sensitive. And instructions included in the box is to vague.
Pictures are pixel-y. And seems like the pictures are taken from a year 2000 camera.
These guys are false advertisers too. DO NOT BELIEVE THE SPECS THEY PUT ON THEIR WEBSITE / FACEBOOK

Bought item for $600
Asked about shipment on chat (was offline), sent mail, nothing, no reply, no support. Mail delivered.
It said 2-3 business day shipment, dispatched, tracking number just number, checked with 17 posts tracking systems, nothing, no tracking that number, not even China, and it should have been sent from UK!
Ran dispute on Paypal, they don't reply there either, I will escalate to Paypal, as tracking is just number, item didn't arrive, I have all screen shots of account, pre and post sale!
After long time, I got response from Tomtop, and I got item, was not nothing like they promised 2-3 business days, was more than 10! It was not sent from UK warehouse as site says was from Germany,... But item was as described, working and good.
Thus I will change from 1 stars (in the moment when they were not replying, and giving me just tracking number without explaining for which shipping currier it was) to 3 stars. But keep in mind, bad communication and support, until you dispute (in my case). But I gave 3 stars for price and item as described!
So if you want to hassle with waiting time, and will you get an item or not, go for it, prices are ok, item as described, just be sure to use paypal.

The reason the product was sent from UK is because we have warehouse in UK.

We have ordered an item from TOMTOP and are not satisfied and are now trying to return it, and TOMTOP does absolutely not respond at all. In the chat we are told they don't deal with returns/refunds, and that we should email them... Go figure!

No communication. Fake mail on paypal.Not written anything about the company details.No phone numbers on the camfere web site. Its a web store that must be closed by the authorities.

I had ordered a drone for priority shipping and I have not received any emails stating if it shipped or not! Every time I try to email them it won't deliver! I have tried to call a number but it quickly disconnects! I'm thinking this was a scam! I'll never buy anything online unless I know it's a legit site! I'm beyond angry!

Tried to order a simple phone, got offered additional accessories to the phone as "package". Paid it, then the ceremony started. Not from same Warehouse, should pay more for the additional shipping costs as this additional item costs!
Delivery promised: 4 Days. Actual delivery -> 14 Days after Payment - WITHIN Europe?!?

I ordered an item on the 12th of October (Presale) It was supposed to ship on the 31st, it never did. It Shipped on the 12 of November. It still hasn't arrived. Answer: Do not do business with Tom top. Stole $350 FROM ME! Failed to fulfill order and string you along with lies and fake shipping labels.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.

Answer: Smart buyers who don't know about TomTop will read the 1-star reviess. Shipping from TomTop is rather quick -- in my case it was only 8 days. What takes so much time is getting your defective product replaced or getting your money back -- in my case it was over 13 weeks. Good Luck.

TomTop, like most Chinese sellers, pay customers to post good reviews of their products and many have employees who post positive reviews as well. If you buy from TomTop, chances are very good you will be writing another one of those 1-star reviews three or four months from now.

Read the good reviews of Tomtop again - you will spot similarities in the poor gramma and spelling - THEY ARE FAKE and planted reviews by Tomtop to offset the genuine complaints. DO NOT USE TOMTOP.
