I was asked by the Tomtop company to give a positive review and they, in turn would give me money. My item never worked but I received a refund. The Tomtop company wanted to keep part of my money for said defective item, but I complained again and they issued a full refund. The full refund is the positive part.

I ordered a item on dec 2 2016 for Christmas. It is now dec 31 2016 and still don't have it. They say wait another 5 days. Will NEVER order from them again. It was posted on FaceBook so beware that they don't do a good job of filtering the bad companies. Now going to request a refund from my credit card. What a pain

It has been 11 weeks since i ordered a new telephone and it still hasn't arrived while the delivery should have been no more then 6 weeks. The only thing support has done so far is telling me to wait 5 more days.

Purchased a couple things on the same day, recieved one in a couple of weeks and never recieved the other... wrote Tomtop customer support several times about the missing order and they never responded... will never buy from them again! Started a claim with PayPal for a refund, buy in the US, don't buy from China! Your not saving anything if you don't get what you ordered.

I have just offered the drone I ordered on Tomtop to my boyfriend for Christmas and I am very upset as LOTS of pieces are missing: the attaching clamb, the screw driver, the landings gears and the screws! Plus, the remote controller seems to be broken.

Answer: Do not do business with Tom top. Stole $350 FROM ME! Failed to fulfill order and string you along with lies and fake shipping labels.

Answer: Simple answer is NO they will not refund your purchase. Doesn't matter what the reason is. Best bet is to go through your Credit Card if you can - I'm assuming you haven't purchased item yet. My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.

Answer: Smart buyers who don't know about TomTop will read the 1-star reviess. Shipping from TomTop is rather quick -- in my case it was only 8 days. What takes so much time is getting your defective product replaced or getting your money back -- in my case it was over 13 weeks. Good Luck.

TomTop, like most Chinese sellers, pay customers to post good reviews of their products and many have employees who post positive reviews as well. If you buy from TomTop, chances are very good you will be writing another one of those 1-star reviews three or four months from now.

Read the good reviews of Tomtop again - you will spot similarities in the poor gramma and spelling - THEY ARE FAKE and planted reviews by Tomtop to offset the genuine complaints. DO NOT USE TOMTOP.
