2016-12-28 i ordered laser engraver and it is still PROCESSING. They not have shipped it yet. And why they have not shipped? Because they NOT HAVE IT.
Same item is now preorder.
2017-1-8 i contact live chat and they promise that they refund in 1-3 days.
I wait 4 days and still no refund. Then i contact they mail support many times and no answer until now. Guess what? They said wait one more week!
I have opened Paypal dispute now. I will get my money back.
They no have any kind support at all. Beware, you lose your money and some fat chinese scam laughing at you.

I ordered on 22th december, prepaid: with 1-4 business days shipment. The site said that it has been dispatched on 23th december. From that on there was no information, no tracking number, no confirmation e-mail. On 29th I wrote them to wonder if there can help me track my shipment. Since then we had several e-mails, but there was no point: they said 'just wait', afterwards they just gave me a fake tracking number (no european carrier has a package with this number). I proved them that, but there is no answer. So after 10 business days I have no sign of my package that I have been paid for.

Tomtop advertises a 14 day shipping period, but I have now waited 33 days and my order has not been delivered. There is no way of contacting them directly so I am not sure I will ever get my order or get a refund. Please go somewhere else to get your electronics.

Ordered drones on 12/07 paid $12.95 for EXPRESS shipping 7-14 days! On 12/20i tried to contact customer service, got an e-mail the next day saying they were processing my order so I tried to order spare batteries (which they sell but don't ship to USA?) Then customer service e-mails me that my order will now be delayed while they process my battery order? I told them to cancel my order if i couldn't buy spare batteries, got an e-mail on 12/26 saying they canceled my order but said they had already sent the drones (pos) which i recv'd 12/30(I was going to refuse the package buit my neighbor signed for it)TOMTOP yu o me! Answer: Simple answer is NO they will not refund your purchase. Doesn't matter what the reason is. Best bet is to go through your Credit Card if you can - I'm assuming you haven't purchased item yet. My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.

TomTop, like most Chinese sellers, pay customers to post good reviews of their products and many have employees who post positive reviews as well. If you buy from TomTop, chances are very good you will be writing another one of those 1-star reviews three or four months from now.
