Dishonest company

Pay attention because TOMTOP no answare your email and no chance to have refund for your money. I double check and it seems that the latest feedback date to 2016. I have the impression that the site is no longer operated and I am certain that I will not see my money back.

Service is terrible

Ordered a phone from them which they sent via DHL who then wanted a further 41 before they will deliver it. Despite requests to both DHL & TomTop I have had no answer from anyone.

I must edit my previous review of Tomtop. My item finally arrived after more than two weeks instead of 3-5 days as promised and it is in order. If you order from this site, just be patient. Their distribution system is a bit funny and communication is not their strongest side. You must trade patience for great price I suppose...

2016-12-28 i ordered laser engraver and it is still PROCESSING. They not have shipped it yet. And why they have not shipped? Because they NOT HAVE IT.

Same item is now preorder.

2017-1-8 i contact live chat and they promise that they refund in 1-3 days.

I wait 4 days and still no refund. Then i contact they mail support many times and no answer until now. Guess what? They said wait one more week!

I have opened Paypal dispute now. I will get my money back.

They no have any kind support at all. Beware, you lose your money and some fat chinese scam laughing at you.

I think that they have child labor too. Scam.

I ordered on 22th december, prepaid: with 1-4 business days shipment. The site said that it has been dispatched on 23th december. From that on there was no information, no tracking number, no confirmation e-mail. On 29th I wrote them to wonder if there can help me track my shipment. Since then we had several e-mails, but there was no point: they said 'just wait', afterwards they just gave me a fake tracking number (no european carrier has a package with this number). I proved them that, but there is no answer. So after 10 business days I have no sign of my package that I have been paid for.

No service no product

Tomtop advertises a 14 day shipping period, but I have now waited 33 days and my order has not been delivered. There is no way of contacting them directly so I am not sure I will ever get my order or get a refund. Please go somewhere else to get your electronics.

Ordered drones on 12/07 paid $12.95 for EXPRESS shipping 7-14 days! On 12/20i tried to contact customer service, got an e-mail the next day saying they were processing my order so I tried to order spare batteries (which they sell but don't ship to USA?) Then customer service e-mails me that my order will now be delayed while they process my battery order? I told them to cancel my order if i couldn't buy spare batteries, got an e-mail on 12/26 saying they canceled my order but said they had already sent the drones (pos) which i recv'd 12/30(I was going to refuse the package buit my neighbor signed for it)TOMTOP yu o me! BAD BUSINESS
