They have quality items at very reasonable prices. The shipping takes a while, which is understandable when shipping China to USA, but overall there were no issues and good communication... recommended.
Yunteng VCT-288 Photography Tripod Monopod
Product arrived packed only in a plastic mailing sleeve. The box was crushed. At first glance, the monopod appeared o. K., but then it turned out that the locking mechanism for the lower extension was cracked. This prevented the monopod to be fully extended.
There appears to be NO way to leave a complaint on the Tomtop customer support board.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCUM BAGS, THEY SEND OUT ITEMS THAT DO NOT WORK, TAKE THE MONEY AND YOU DONT SEE IT AGAIN!
IT TOOK 6 EMAILS TO THEM FROM ME FOR THEM TO EVEN ANSWER.
THEY ASKED FOR A VIDEO OF THE ITEMS THAT DONT WORK, I SENT IT THREE TIMES.
THEY THEN ASKED FOR THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL THREE TIMES AS THEY COULDN'T 'FIND MY ORDER, HAVING PROBLEMS HERE'.
THEN ASKED IF I HAD PAID THROUGH PAY PAL.
AFTER SENDING THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL THEY ARE FOR THE ORDER NUMBER EVEN THOUGH IT IS ALREADY IN THE EMAIL.
I GET AN EMAIL SAYING, 'I HAVE CHECKED THAT IT IS ON YOUR PLACE NOW, COULD YOU PLEASE KINDLY CHECK IT IN YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE?'
COMPLETE AN UTTER BUNCH OF ARSEHOLES!
HOPEFULLY MORE PEOPLE WILL LOOK AT THESE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEM AND THINK TWICE! HOPEFULLY WONT BE ABLE TO KEEP RUNNING THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS!

I have ordered an Action Cam last 01/11/17 and was processed the following day. Since then the website says "Processing". Payments already confirmed and taken out of my credit card. Sent 5 emails already to *******@tomtop.com no reply. There's no toll free number to call for follow-up or cancellation. So your money gone. Be careful on positive reviews of other customer, they maybe first timer. When pacing an order check customer reviews first about the product and the company, then check website if they have customer service and toll free number to call for follow-up.

Yo no recomendarÃa esta tienda para comprar nada. Al contrario realizarÃa una campaña en redes sociales para que más clientes no compren en este sitio.
I have written them 4 Emails and not a single reply. I ordered a Selfie Drone and one of the motors has an issue right out of the box and I want to return it. I have sent 4 emails to *******@tomtop.com and have not heard a word. Checked spam every day and not s single email about taking care of this issue.

I bought a smartphone that is bad and other than writing. I do not respond to emails or other way of communication at. I do not have a refund :(.

Looking at the comments and reviews. I am facing the same situation where there is no reply from TOMTOP. I ordered the unit in Late 21st DEc 2016 and I still have not got it. Their website says

Ordered a cam on 30/12 with expedited shipping from EU warehouse and haven't received it yet. I have no feedback from the support!
I made a purchase on 25Dec2016 and still haven't received my order (Order # AN16L25S5837-STNHBA). I've sent several emails asking about my order and have yet to get any replies. They took my money on the 26th and won't send the product or talk to me. Very frustrating.
